I was hoping this would be the answer to my prayers, as everything they claim to help , brain fog, poor sleep ,alertness, i suffer from.
Sadly after 3 weeks i have found no improvement, infact my sleep pattern is worse, i dont think i will be re-ordering after this pack has gone.

Great product and customer service
I have been taking these gummies for a few months now and I find they "quieten the noise" in my head. Even on occasions when I struggle to actually sleep, I am still able to doze and relax, without getting stressed about not sleeping. Usually my mind races with a dozen inconsequential things, but thankfully I can now overcome this.
I re-ordered recently, only to have a second (six month) delivery turn up a week or so later! I realised that I had somehow managed to create two subscriptions, using different emails, but couldn't work out how to cancel one. I contacted customer services to explain and, despite being the weekend, received a reply within 24 hours. Daniel duly cancelled the second account for me and was very helpful, prompt and polite. Having experienced some very questionable customer services online , it was a very refreshing change!

I unfortunately had a small adverse reaction to the gummies which couldn’t have been foreseen but it’s wise to exercise caution if you have any existing health issues - I contacted the company straight away to advise and Louise was fantastic, she promptly responded to my concerns and gave me a full refund, she was super friendly and a pleasure to speak with throughout so all in all a positive experience, 5 gold stars 🌟 for her 😊

I feel they do work. I am not getting lost mid- sentence as much or forgetting words I want to use like I have done since going through menopause, spelling words is still a challenge sometimes when they shouldn't be lol.
