I've been buying a lot of my anime…

I've been buying a lot of my anime stuff from Animestockoz and i'm very satisfied with all of my anime merchendise, espeically when it comes to back order item aswell, where specific item are hard to get in Australia, and having to requested the item and waiting for it arrival is definitely worth the wait. I recommend this place to anyone who is wanting a item that they want but can't get it in australia. I'm very please with the item condition as they are VERY well protected and gurantee that the product won't get damage. Overall, animestockoz has been the best anime place for me in my opinion as i'm a current customer that's been buying anime merch for the past 3 years.

I used this website once and made a…

I used this website once and made a purchase. After 3+ years, which after waiting I emailed and got a reply that delivery will occur 4-8 weeks. Since 4-8 weeks is long gone, I had tried emailing them and never get a reply. I've emailed 3-4 times since and nothing, I have not received any communication from them or received my purchased item. Unfortunately, they stole my money. Please do not make the same mistake I made and avoid this website.

Absolutely avoid.

Complete lack of communication. Ordered two items with free shipping. Nothing shipped for over a month. One item turned out to be out of stock, and they only partially refunded it (I believe they were then trying to charge shipping, but that wasn't even communicated).

The other item arrived, but it was not the item listed on the site. They ignored emails and would not refund or follow their own policy for an item return.

Ended up going through my bank to have the funds reimbursed. Would never touch this site again.

EDIT: Due to the reply from the business. They should have been able to identify my order, or any of their misconduct, prior to this review being made from the emails I sent.

I consider their site to be a scam, and the response to this review little more than trying to save face. They were all too comfortable ghosting me, ignoring their own processes listed on their site, and keeping my money.

That this review was enough to get anything out of them after months of trying is crazy.

I had a great experience buying Ichiban…

I had a great experience buying Ichiban Kuji tickets from this store.

I purchased around 15 tickets. They recorded the entire ticket-opening process and sent me the video, which made the experience feel trustworthy and exciting.

I was lucky enough to win several good prizes.The item arrived within a week.

Overall, the process was smooth and reliable, will purchase again.

I paid a $1000 to buyout an ichiban kuji set and i kept following up but either i dont get update from them or they just keep telling me they checking the stocks

after a week, they told me the prize pool is actually different to the one i saw when i bought out the set.

As a part of ichiban kuji lovers, you know what they are doing

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP

Don’t buy from this company as they are one of the worst business I have dealt with. What they advertise on their website are lies.
Website advertises that they draw the Ichiban kuji within 24 business hours from purchase. This is a lie, it doesn’t happen.
It also states they will send you a link to show them drawing the kuji to prove authenticity. This is also a lie, no link has been provided.
No update on order status for 4 days so I emailed them, no response. I send them another email the next day advising them this is a second email I’m sending. They reply accusing me that I’m lying and I only sent 1 email.
They tell me that if I read their shipping policy it states it may take up to 7 business days to ship item. Then why do they advise on another page different information?
Stay away from this business unless you love not knowing what is happening with your order.

Good figure, good customer service

Great customer service,, I accidentally clicked "pick up" for a figure, and they managed to resolve it pretty quickly!! I also back ordered a figure for $150, he wasn't being made anymore so I was a bit worried, but I got him in the end, waited a while but the customer service was great, really helpful, the figure was real too which was amazing!
(Ebay has the same figure for $250AUD MIN including shipping, so I am really happy with my purchase)

Great local anime/manga goods store.

I made an order before the weekend that was promptly shipped on Monday. Packaging was well executed and my figure arrived in mint condition.

Excited to order from here again.

They are actual criminals

They are actual criminals. They will lie and say they have stuff in stock, take your money, never send you anything, ignore you for over a month just to say it's now out of stock, then continuously say they have issued a refund without actually doing it. I had to escalate to PayPal and THAT got my refund immediately despite weeks of them lying and saying they did it (they didn't).

Avoid avoid avoid. They are banking on you not being savvy enough to force their hand. They are crooks.

barely responsive over emails, unable to get an eta on a product delivery even weeks after release.

one of the items arrived broken and they told me to contact the manufacturer myself via a link that explicitly states it only services the US and Canada.

won't be purchasing from them ever again.

Probably a scam

Their policies suggest to allow 2-4 business days in processing time. It’s been 15 days since I placed my order and I have heard nothing. They don’t allow messages on social media, they turn off abilities to comment, and they suggest to allow a stupid amount of time for an email response should you choose that. I’ve now been logged out of my account after purchasing something and I cannot recover it because they are not sending a recovery email. I may or may not receive the item, but they’re incredibly sketchy and I wouldn’t be surprised if it was a scam!!!

The worst online shopping experience…

The worst online shopping experience ever. Their customer service sucks because aside from one time, all my other emails have not been replied to at all. They're super slow and I just do NOT recommend ordering from them at all unless you want to waste your money and time on a package that will come much much later than they say and in unsatisfactory conditions. My figure came in just bubble wrap. Without the original box.

Slow response to no response. Scam alert!

I don’t know what the hell these people are doing. But I 100% suggest to stay away from this business. You’re better off ordering from some other online store. They are INSANELY slow paced when it comes to your orders because it’s definitely not a priority to them. The fact that they stated their working hours on their website to be from 12:00pm-4:00pm is pretty much a red flag already.

Kind of the same situation with the this other comment here. I placed an order on November 17th as I was ordering 2 things from here as Christmas gifts. You’d think there is surely a lot of time for it these items to arrive before then right? Wrong. One of them is already in stock, but the other is a preorder. The preorder item was released on the 30th. There’s still 25 days for them to ship this order out right? No. I reached out to them to enquire about the shipping process and the estimated arrival and I received a response stating that upon final payment (because I paid deposit for the preorder) the item will be dispatched within 1-2 business days.

Then 8 days pasted, on December 8th I have still not received anything about the remaining amount to pay for the deposit. And everyday after the 30th, I checked the availability of the preorder item which was labelled as “in stock”. So I reached out again as well as bringing up my concerns on the items arriving because during this time around, the couriers will be very busy and things will definitely be delayed. A day later they responded mentioning that my order should dispatch that same week and it should arrive before Christmas. So they were reassuring me that it most likely will arrive before Christmas.

December 11th, finally I received an email to complete the full payment for the preorder item. And from there, the status of the order remained “processing”. This was last week. The same week they said the items will be dispatched on.

On December 16th and I asked again about what the process of the order is looking like because at this point, I’m super anxious that it will not make it by Christmas plus on their website they said it takes 2-4 business days to process after the payment confirmation and they did say it will be dispatched last week. And for 2 days. No response. If it were to arrive before Christmas then shouldn’t it have been shipped out by now? There’s only 6 days away from Christmas now. It will take them an estimate of 4 business days to ship.

So at this point, they’ve deceived me and I wished they would have told me wholeheartedly and in all honestly that they would not be able to deliver these items in time because it’s now too late for me to order these figures elsewhere for gifts.

Slow and Unresponsive

Edit: after all of the below frustration, they sent the wrong item. So now I'm having to go through all of it again just to get what I actually paid for.

Very, very slow. Placed the order on the 17th, and contacted them immediately about how it had gone through as a pickup despite me selecting shipping. Took 3 days to get a response, they said the would send an invoice to my account for the shipping cost. I followed up on the 25th as there was still no invoice. One came through a few hours later, and I paid it immediately.

It is now the 31st, and I have had to contact them again because the item (listed as In Stock) was STILL marked as "Processing".

I had to comment publicly on a post they made just to get a response, and was told that the delay was because of the original error. There was no acknowledgement of the fact that I reached out immediately, it took them a week and 2 follow ups from me to send the invoice, and that the invoice was paid within a few hours, and that they've since done nothing with it for a week.

Definitely not worth the hassle
