I’m SUPER AND HIGHLY UPSET!

I’m highly upset! I ordered a pair of shoes and jacket and still haven’t received them as well as no update!! I’m so frustrated because it is a birthday gift for my husband and I spent allot of money!!. Times are hard and I saved for so long to get a nice thoughtful gift. It's very disappointing and is making me skeptical as I was going to refer this place to friends and family. Like tracking is awful! I emailed the company and no one responded! I don't even have a delivery date! This is why I don't shop online especially online stores I've never shopped before.

My boys found ornaments they wanted from Animebape. But, we read some reviews that made me worry. I was happy to find the order experience smooth and, especially, the updates along the way. It was a very good experience overall.

Fantastic Artwork

Lots of reviews about bad service, but my order came as promised, before Christmas. My daughter loved the spare tire cover for her Jeep. They cater to anime fans. I am not a fan of anime. I just liked the artwork. Although, i did have to scroll through hundreds of designs and pick just one. Maybe AI will come up with a way to search thru artwork.

The spare tire cover seems to be good quality and fit well. Its been on for 2 weeks and is holding up well and not sagging like the old one did.

Do Not Rely on Delivery Date

I ordered a $40 Christmas stocking on December 10th that was advertised to arrive between Dec 18–24. On December 20, before the item had even shipped, I reached out to ask if it would arrive on time. That is when I was told I “needed to order before December 5” a cutoff that was not disclosed anywhere at the time of purchase.
The stocking arrived on Dec 26, the day after Christmas, completely missing its purpose. Despite the item not being customized, and unopened, the company refused a full refund and only offered a minimal partial refund. Even after I was more than willing to send back the item and cover shipping costs.
After attempting to resolve this privately and reasonably, I will be filing a dispute with my bank. When I pay this much for a item, I expect accurate delivery information posted on the website. Very disappointing. I would caution anyone ordering holiday items from this company.

Would definitely not recommend

Would definitely not recommend. Ordered a One Piece hoodie on 12/10/25 as a Christmas gift. It is now 12/26/25 and the order has not even shipped yet. They created a shipping label but have not dropped it off to USPS yet, per USPS. I’m starting to think they might not ever drop it off at this point. No reply to my most recent email asking for a refund. Will be disputing with my credit card company.

Your order was shipped, and the tracking label was created once the parcel entered international transit. For overseas shipments, it is normal for USPS tracking to show no movement until the package physically arrives in the United States and is scanned by USPS. This can take additional time during peak holiday season, even though the parcel is already in transit.

Please also note that orders placed after our Christmas cutoff date could not be guaranteed for delivery before Christmas due to seasonal volume and carrier delays, which was communicated on our website during the holiday period.

One piece Shoes

I ordered from here and then checked reviews after I’d ordered and started getting worried as the reviews were not good so I thought I may have been scammed, so I ordered a back up pair of shoes from Printerval which had good reviews ordered them both around the same time and the One piece shoes I ordered from Animebape turned up before Christmas and still no sign of my other package
Tracking is not great from this store I must admit but the shoes are amazing we have one very happy 13 year old and the fact that they got here before Christmas I am over the moon! Thanks sooo much! 🫶🏻❤️

Can't even access the website

I tried to access the website on my phone, and got blocked due to security measures they implemented. Thought it was my VPN, so I turned it off, closed the entire window, and went back, blocked again. Can't even access the website due to their security blocking me for no reason.

So I ordered some items from them for Christmas. So far nothing received and I've emailed a number of times and have never received a reply. No idea if they are shipped or what's happening. So far not impressed.

I’m not pleased at all

I’m not pleased at all. I ordered a pair of shoes Nov 16th and still haven’t received them as well as no update. I’m actually very upset, it is a Christmas gift for my husband and I spent allot of money. Per devastating actually considering i I could barely afford it anyways.

Clothing not as described on website

I ordered a Christmas Sweater from their website. When the item arrived it was not a sweater at all but a ribbed t-shirt fabric, very lightweight. Their website clearly states that it is a medium weight sweater. The colour and print were awful quality too. I contacted them for a refund and they refused a full refund, and would only offer 50% refund, a discount on another item or a replacement of the same quality. If I could give no stars I would. Avoid at all costs

Update: they eventually admitted that the item received did not match their website description and said they would update their website and gave me a full refund. While their customer service was always polite it should not have taken a consistent back and forth of emails with screenshots from their website to admit this and process a refund.

Utter Rubbish, just avoid

Terrible business, terrible customer service. First tried to cancel order while it was still processing, did not get a response until they had processed the order saying it was too late to cancel and that I would need to follow their refund policy (they say they keep a percentage of the paid amount if they need to refund), (either though one item was still pending). ordered 2 shirts and 1 canvas print. Canvas Print is extremely blurry, could have done a better job at home for cheaper! and one of the shirts is 2 sizes larger than ordered. Have not recieved the final item yet because even though everything was submitted in 1 order, All 3 items were shipped separately. Save yourself the money and avoid this company. dodgy practice to rush through orders when cancellation requested just so they can do a cash grab on refunds.

All they say is to contact their support email because they dont want anyone knowing gow dodgy they are and want to make out they have great support, they dont. they're just rude and dodgy.

They believe they never rush orders, yet they only respond when you ask for cancellation and things come to you printed blurry. Theyre just a rip off of animeape. It's all crap quality from china, you can tell just by looking at it.

No Info

Ordered item and have not received any follow up since September 27 which said order was being processed. Original info said order would be delivered from October 9 (tomorrow). Cannot find any updates. I have checked the tracking information, and there have been NO UPDATES since that September 27 message!

UPDATE: item arrived 9/10/2025. Contrary to an email from the company AFTER arrival, I only ever received the email on 27/9/2025 stating my order was processed. So, even though their (or their courier company’s?) communication was lacking, I would re-rate my experience to 4 stars. The product DID arrive on time (although unannounced) and met my expectations.

Terrible quality shirt

I ordered a Demon Slayer Corps shirt and was extremely disappointed with the result. The quality of the fabric is embarrassing and it has a reflective appearance. I will dispose of this shirt immediately because I can't even bring myself to wear it.

Don't trust the quality advertised on the website. Avoid this website at all costs!

Gisteren mijn bestelling ontvangen na 3,5 week. Er is zeer weinig of incomplete communicatie. Ook nadat ik een trackingnummer had ontvangen was het onduidelijk waar mijn pakketje was, totdat het gisteren totaal onverwachts in mn brievenbus zat. Door de slechte reviews had ik hier weinig hoop op.

Het tshirt zelf is van dikke kwaliteit, de afbeelding zit er echt op geplakt als een plakkaat plastic. Dit zal na een keer wassen wel wat soepeler worden. Afbeelding is verder mooi en scherp. Mijn score ligt tussen 3 en 4.
