I love this site! Easy to use, deliveries come quickly after dispatch and in perfect condition. Great family run business with good communication.

I have bought many items from AniFigz over the years and I've never recieved a broken or damaged item. This was my first time receiving a pre-order and it was dispatched and delivered in quick order.

Ordered a figure that was in stock. Order took about a week to arrive, but the quality of the figure was worth the wait. Planning to pre order some more now :)

To pre order is straight forward, AniFigz also keep you updated with release dates changing. The items are always well packed. I have not had a problem with an item, I purchase them for Birthdays & Christmas they are not opened straight away. I have used AniFigz for years, a very reliable company.

Great shopping experience, they were selling the RuriDragon Ruri Aoki Nendoroid for the lowest price of all UK retailers and even had free shipping.

Promptly shipped and received after placing my order, the packaging was secure enough though could have been a bit sturdier to withstand the courier handling.

Would be great for the products to show reviews and ratings so that other buyers are aware that this is a legitimate store.

Dubious as always using a new site but glad I went ahead! One item in my order was out of stock and I was quickly told and refunded this. My other item came quickly, was well packaged and was a SUPER good deal! Definitely added to my roster of UK anime stores :)
