Good site but needs returns!…

I ordered a T-shirt as a birthday present. Happy with the T-shirt but when I checked my order I had ordered in the wrong size by accident and they do not offer a returns service unless the item is faulty. I ordered the size I needed but now left with a T-shirt of no use that I can’t return and get my money back even though it is brand new and not even been taken out the packaging.

My experience was disappointed, but Aiden from Anfield Apparel did his best to reduce my frustration.

My order arrived many days later than estimated or expected. I bought a Xmas jumper for a specific event and it arrived 5 days after the event. I was both angry and disappointed, however Aiden from Anfield Apparel was very helpful. I was annoyed that I had paid £7 for delivery. It has since been refunded, therefore thank you Aiden.

We've just seen your review that the package hasn't got to you yet. We're really sorry about this, the couriers have been a nightmare but we've been chasing them and they do have it and it should be with you any time now.

We'll send over a refund of your delivery cost now and if it's not here by the end of the week we'll fully refund your order.

Please accept our apologies, this is not the type of service we want to offer but unfortunately we've been let down by couriers outside of our hands.

FedEx shows a picture of the box as…

FedEx shows a picture of the box as delivered, but it was not delivered to my home. It supposedly arrived to me on 12/6. Now the FedEx page is showing an exeption. COuld you help e locate my order please?

The status in FedEx is "exception" the box didnt need a signature so there was no way for me to have refused the package. FedEx is providing deceiving information. It was Anfield Apparel who I deaslt with for this and it was Anfield Apparel who picked FedEx as a shipper, not me, so Anfield Apparel is fully responsible for finding out where the package i paid for is.

I have spoken to a FedEx representative just now and he told me that it is Anfield Apparel who has to make a claim against FedEx for them to give you a refund for the shipemt and for the product, so that you can give me a refund. Please let me know when the refund is issued.

Hi Jorge, I've just checked with FedEx and they've said "The scans on the package reflect that the recipient managed to refuse the package on 12/07/2022 at 02:28 p.m." I'd suggest following up with FedEx directly from here to see if they can redeliver it. Thanks, Aidan, Anfield Apparel

The Christmas jumper is still not here

The Christmas jumper is still not here. I wanted to wear it last weekend. This is a time sensitive purchase. And it’s now late. Maybe too late for what I bought it for!
13th December Update…
Still no jumper and no reply to my request for a refund.

Hi Chris, sorry to hear it's not gotten to you yet. I've just checked with our couriers as it was with them over a week ago so I'm not sure what they've done with it. It will hopefully get to you in the next day or so but I appreciate it's already late for you. To make sure it gets to you I've just sent another one over incase the couriers have lost it. We've had to swap couriers briefly due to the Royal Mail strikes and as I'm sure you can appreciate it's been hard work! Good customer service

Although there was a delay with the courier service, Aidan from AA was excellent in dealing with the issue. Very good customer service. Will use again.

Hi Angela, as we discussed over email the courier was supposed to have it with you Friday but looks like they were delayed.

We're having to use different couriers to get things out on time due to the strikes with Royal Mail which I'm sure you can appreciate has been super difficult!

We've send a replacement out to you free of charge, hopefully you'll get one or both of these deliveries very soon.

You need to wash garment separately

The quality of the tshirts are poor

The quality of the tshirts are poor. AA are using tshirts I expext to see blag concert tshirts printed on.
