Amazing service and product
Andrea was very responsive and attentive to my order. There were several shipping issues (not her fault - this was due to the carrier), and she was on top of it every step of the way. She continually checked in on the package status and maintained contact with me throughout. Her customer service was some of the best I have ever experienced. And, best of all, I got my package, and the necklace is lovely and great quality! Thanks, Andrea!
