Love the night serum but not the day serum I came out in a breakout all over my face which I never had before so I wouldn’t be ordering that one again + it’s to expensive for such a small amount 18ml at £30 is far to expensive

Very misleading, fell tricked
Did not realise this was subscription, feel the whole process is very misleading. I went on with8n an hour of placing an order to cancel it and it didn’t give me an option.

Nourishing products
So far, with only a few days into using the range, I’m pleased with the results. The cleanser has a lovely smelling fragrance to it, and the moisturiser feels very creamy and absorbs into my skin well.

Do not buy from this company , terrible customer service.
Really loved the cream, I subscribed to the whole system only to have problems every month. First 3 months was the night cream not lasting the whole month , now the eye cream even though I didn't use it to the recommended amount actually used it less only lasted 2 weeks. The day cream lasted 2cweeks , only the cleanser as lasted the full month. Given it 3 months , and still waiting for this new delivery which I paid for 10 days ago . As I've ran out , I'm using no7 . Very disappointed . You've lost a loyal customer
Update, it's now day 12 since I paid , I haven't received it , but apparently been delivered. Absolutely furious. £45 down the drain .DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

More upfront information needed
I liked the idea of personalised skincare and the fact that it was backed by science. I found the website reassuring and easy to use. There is a big BUT - I felt hoodwinked when I was told AFTER I paid up that the formula would only be unique to me if I sent four photos in straightaway. Ive not had the skincare yet so cant comment but it leaves me wondering wonder what other hidden surprises this company has up its sleeve….

Packaging was absolutely fantastic. The thought and creativity that went into the packaging is incredible. Details of specific content that goes into the product are clearly displayed and explained. The bottle itself doesn’t feel cheap and gives off a luxurious feel.
The moisturiser and sun block felt slightly sticky to my liking (as I prefer a more water-based content). However, still really good. The hydration works well and last for a solid 6-8 hours.
Overall, pretty impressed with the whole product and would definitely purchase again in the future.
