Fraud and deception
My experience details a clear pattern of fraud and misrepresentation.
False Affiliation: The company immediately attempts to mislead potential clients by falsely claiming an association with Amazon. They are, in fact, entirely unaffiliated.
High-Pressure Sales and Initial Fee: They employ aggressive tactics to pressure clients into signing up for a "marketing campaign" priced at $5,000.00. This is sold under the guise that it will turn the client's book into a bestseller.
Failure to Deliver: Upon paying the initial $5,000.00, the campaign produced zero book sales.
Post-Payment Deception: When confronted about the lack of results, the company pivoted, claiming the initial payment was merely for a "starting point" and was never intended to generate sales.
Upselling the Scam: They then immediately follow up with further high-pressure sales, assuring the client that the book will become a bestseller if a second, identical payment of $5,000.00 is made.
Disappearance and Theft: Once the funds are secured, the company terminates communication and absconds with the client's money, providing no services or restitution.
