Have had bad experiences with previous accountants that “specialise in amazon”. Ricky recognised what I was missing and made an effort to fulfil our needs as a customers. Reliable and reachable; two of the most important things In my opinion when looking for an accountant- thankfully Ricky has demonstrated these two qualities greatly.

Ricky is undoubtably the best accountant to use for any kind of ecom or Amazon businesses. The knowledge and understand he has of this industry is second to none! Saved me thousands in taxes and helped me out massively with my personal tax return too which near enough wiped out the accountancy fee!

He explains everything fully and answers any questions no matter the day or time, the service is incredible. Couldn’t recommend enough!

I have recently gone through the onboarding process with Ricky. He makes everything very simple and straight forward but he also makes sure you understand everything which I find very helpful, He really knows his stuff. We have just gone through my accounts and he’s pointed out loads of ways I can save on my tax bill that I never would’ve seen without him.

I've had my accounts completed by two large ecommerce 'expert' accountancy firms in the past, and they don't even come close to Ricky. Not only has he saved me thousands in taxes, but he's been incredibly proactive in answering my questions, day or night, and making sure I fully understand everything. I can't recommend him highly enough. Is he a bit pricey? Yes, but will he save you thousands in taxes? Absolutely. He's worth every penny.

Just finished using Amzbooks for the first time and all I can say is to go with these guys no one else. They know what they’re doing and know what they’re talking about. Unlike me, never needed an accountant before and never used one before, until this year. So I personally had no idea what I was looking for or even needed, absolutely clueless. Found these guys and it’s been a breeze so much pressure and stress lifted from my shoulders just absolutely incredible. I 100% recommend and am so thankful for their service.

Ricky has been great. Good communication and sorted a nice little issue my previous accountant left me with. Never leaves you with unanswered questions or issues on calls or messages.
