I struggled with losing my hair due to a thyroid issue. After my surgery I began using the Hair & Scalp Oil, Hair Growth Spray, Chebe Oil, Hair Growth Serum, Hair Thickening Shampoo and Leave-In Conditioner. Yes, I went all out for my hair lol and I’m so glad I did! I did the BIG CHOP, but my hair has grown back healthier, thicker, softer and stronger than EVER!!!

I love the Amyla hair serum. After having my baby, my hair had broken off and left bald spots, especially my edges. I thought nothing would work, but Amyla totally regrew my hair, not in months but in days I saw a difference. I couldn't believe it. I will continue to use it for me and my children. Also the sales and BOGO options make it affordable.

I believe this company is a scam. I made my order at the end of October 2025. It’s almost the end of March 2026. No tracking link was ever sent to me.
Some person called Shauna Meyer, keeps telling me that my product is on its way. But still no tracking link is sent.
They refuse to give me a refund as ‘the products are on their way’.

I also keep being told that shipping can take some time. But 5 months is totally inexcusable and total nonsense.

I have had products from Canada take less time.

Orders from New Zealand take no more than 2 weeks.

This will be the first time I’m trying Amyla and I’m looking forward to seeing how the drops will work on my hair. My items arrived on time and my customer service experience has been great. My order arrive timely.

I wrote about 7/8 emails regarding my Order #96673 placed 9 Dec 2025.
After several attempts to find the progress of my order, still have not come to a conclusion.
Amyla said on the 24th of December 2025 that there had been a logistics problem and my order would arrive soon. On the 26th of January 2026 after a few more emails I was told: After checking with our logistics partner, we can confirm that the parcel is currently on its way back to our offices. As soon as we receive it, we will contact you immediately in order to organise a new delivery under the best possible conditions.
On the 14th of Feb 2026, after I requested refund, Amyla said again: At this time, we still have not received the parcel back at our office. As soon as it arrives, we will contact you immediately to organise the next steps without any further delay.
At this time, I just would like a refund which should have been done on receipt of my last email. I don't understand why a refund is pending on you sorting out your logistics issues.
Please issue my refund promptly.
This is my worst experience of online services ever and I do not recommend this company based on their logistics and customer services.

I tried other products and they didn't grow my hair like Amyla. I stopped using their products for a few months. And started using a different product which I regret because Amyla is the only product that grews my hair. And I see results thank you Amyla

I love this brand. My shipping is always right on time and I love the way the hair products feel in my hair. I have 4c hair to it’s hard to find products that work with my hair. I tried a few of their products after my hair got used to my old products and this was a pretty good switch. My hair feels nice and soft. Hydrated and even holds a nice shine.
