Personal service and beautiful products
I recently purchased a couple of items online from Amy Britton, having seen the goods in a couple of retail locations. The service I received was prompt, friendly and with a real personal touch (Amy was able to make up a product for me last minute when the exact colour I wanted was out of stock.)
Amy’s products make beautiful gifts and I would highly recommend them. So much nicer than a generic product from a large retail outfit.

Lovely products, with great customer care
The purse and the customer care I received from Amy Britton Accessories was first class. The purse I originally received did have an issue with the zip, this was dealt with very professionally and kindly and was replaced with the addition of a gift which is also of good quality, high standard. The gift was offered, which was a lovely surprise, thank you Amy. The products, fabrics, colours of the accessories sold by Amy Britton Accessories are of very good quality, it is hard to choose, spoilt for choice. I will be buying from them again as I know many of my friends would be delighted to receive these products as a gift. Thank you.

This is the third purchase from Amy Britton. I can recommend this produce it is outstanding in quality down to the materials and the craftsmanship the outcome is a beautiful produce. The custom service is also outstanding and would not hesitate to purchase more items from this company. The fact it is made in Scotland and is also ecological gives it another star I my opinion.
