The whole delivery process end to end was excellent. The product itself makes my walking experience a little more comfortable, but hasn’t helped ease the numbness and pain in my feet and lower legs when sitting, driving and in bed at night.

Ordered and received 6 pairs of Soothesocks XXL.
I wear a size 11 shoe so I ordered XXL to be safe. There is no way I can even come close to getting these socks on. E-mailed the company on Dec. 2nd and again on Dec. 13th. to request a return authorization. No response. Just sent a 3rd request today. We will see what happens. Update.....Company contacted us and we returned the socks and have already have a pending credit. Good job by them.

Delivery was much quicker than expected faster than english postal service. Need help removing it at end of day as it is a good fit but comfortable to wear and not bulky at all, time will tell on its effectiveness but no complaints at all

Not designed for all, return process not posted on website
I bought the socks and used their sizing chart. Its not a very versatile sock/sleeve. The portion that goes from the crest of the heal to the bend in the top of your ankle is VERY unforgiving. I could barely get the sock on. The portion under the arch and around the base of the ankle fit fine. But the area I mentioned was so binding that my foot was falling asleep within seconds of putting it on. This sock/sleeve needs a redesign. I'm going to return it as soon as the company shares how that process works. They don't disclose the return process on their website. So D- so far on the entire experience.
12/29 Update - see the company's response below. Lacking in details. I've emailed the "support" email below asking for return instructions. The return guarantee doesn't mean anything if customers don't know how to use it. Still waiting. Still a D- at this stage.

I bought a jar to try I have neuropathy in my hands and feet. I thought after taking the 1st jar they might be working. Ordered 3 more jars and they were not working. I see they offer a 90 day satisfaction guarantee. Got the run around about sending them back. Was not happy. Sent them back as instructed...No credit. When I called to check on my credit they sent me an email with a list of things I needed to get from my bank to process the refund??? questioned that.... They needed a SWIFT number. Upon calling Wells Fargo the SWIFT number is for international transfers?? ! I feel ripped off AND WILL NOT BE BUYING ANY GUMMIES OR SOCKS FROM THIS COMAPNY AGAIN!

One size does not fit all
One size does not fit all. The brace is loose on my leg but I am wearing it anyway. It seems to help. I did give a size but when reading further on the wording, it said one size fits all. I had already submitted my order.

My husband has neuropathy in his feet…
My husband has neuropathy in his feet and has been wearing the socks for 3 days and he said he could definitely feel a difference. It’s the first time he’s been able to walk without severe pain.
The socks did help with the numbness
The socks did help with the numbness. Only concern is that they did not include laundering instructions.
Knee support
The Am relieve knee support does the job good fit although I do find it tends to slip downwards over a bit of time, but otherwise is comfortable and seems to be working well, have only worn the one on rh knee as its the knee with the major problem will see how it goes over xmas
First try
Hi, I got my socks the day before yesterday, and wore them all day with sneakers on and no other socks my feet did feel better quite a bit, I might add. I did try putting sandals on with the socks and it was a little less comfortable with sandals, but I’m going to try again today and I will update my review after that.

They were very hard to put on, I didn't know the compression would be that tight. Once I finally got them on they were fine, did nothing more than any other compression product I've ever worn
