Do not buy from this company! The jumpsuit runs smaller than their own measurements by a lot. The material is cheap They REFUSED to allow me to return it. They offered me $3 and say they’ve ‘worked hard’ to resolve my problem. SCAM!!!

Ordered accordingly to their size guide. Got the wrong size. Couldn’t change it or return it. Didn’t get a refund. So bad! Don’t buy anything from them.

I order 2 jump suits. Too smal. Cheap material. Refuse to give me return address. Now stating thus person email going loose their job because I am asking for return .
I email every day for 2 weeks and still no return address.
Huge scam!!!

Did not receive the item and was charges over $10 more than listed for. This place is a scam. Only order thru PayPal if you must order thru amp-spring! They will fight to refund your money!

Buyer beware. Do not order from here. I ordered a jumpsuit and their sizing was not even remotely close to the sizing chart. It took 6 weeks to get to me and I was willing to try an exchange, but all they kept saying was this was the size you ordered. They also offered me $3 USD compensation and then $5 and then at $6 the person then they told me to have a nice life. I paid thru PayPal and have disputed one time with them before and did not have any luck there so I guess it's a loss.

Just received my XL jumpsuit, ordered two months ago. Too small to wear, and too short on torso. Cheap material, total scam. Don’t order from this company, rip off. I will always check reviews moving forward.

Clothing fits wayyyyyy to small vs their sizing chart and then their customer service to do a return (which is outlined on their website as something you can do) is horrible. They kept insisting it would cost me too much to ship back to China (yes this stuff comes from China don't let anything else fool you) even though it would cost me way less than I paid. They offered me $3 USD compensation and then $5 and then at $6 the person said the extra $ was coming from their salary. I'm filing a dispute with my credit card.

The worst! It took forever to arrive and when it did it looked terrible. The seams were frayed and it was soooo small. I have emailed several times asking to return and sent pictures of the seams. They said that’s how it’s supposed to be and it would cost me too much to send back so they’ll refund me $3 and let me keep it. Awful company and not as advertised.

My order took over a month and half to arrive. I ordered a jumpsuit, the material is cheap and the seams are off so it looks odd when you put it on. I requested a return and after many many emails they told me “according to their rules, they will not accept my return”. I asked them to explain to me what their rules were or show me where they were posted and they would never answer me. They wouldn’t even return my item for a different size. I wish I would have read the reviews first.

I wish I had checked reviews before ordering, I still have not received the order I made in April 2023, now Jun 4th. Emails are answered very fast but with useless apologies and no tracking information. Last return email response attached. How can I be dissatisfied if I don’t have the tops ???? A scam for sure ,DO NOT ORDER from this company.

Ordered 2 jumpsuits. It took 4 weeks to arrive. Their sizing if way off. Both were way too small. I’m an xs and maybe would fit in a large. The sewing was poor and the neckline was not as shown. When I tried to return them they gave me the run around and told me to gift them to someone. They said I ordered a small and that’s what they sent me. The jumpsuits are unworn, in their original packaging. They are refusing to refund me and follow their return policy. This is a gimmick. Don’t order from them.

Ordered 2 jumpsuits, 1 L and 1 XL. Finally received. Fabric is super cheap double-knit. Both way, way too small! XL is smaller than L! Generally wear M-L.
Supposedly, items are refundable or I would never have purchased. Encouraged me to give away. Asked me to take $3 dollars. Then said it would hurt her with her job if she offered more. RIP OFF! DO NOT PURCHASE! Bought through PayPal in hopes they would have leverage in getting a refund. Will try them.

We ordered 2 jumpsuits, one sized medium, one sized large. Both arrived real late. Both are size small. Contacted company via email and they offered pennies on the dollar. We turned them into Fraud departments in the USA.

Do not order! HORRIBLE QUALITY FABRIC! UN-WEARABLE. THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO REFUND SO FAR! I'm goin got keep trying, on the grounds of COMPLETELY FALSE ADVERTISING. The person in the video is definitely not wearing the same item that I received in the mail.

I’m only giving one star because I have to go. Awful company. The product was horrible quality, material super cheap and nothing like what was advertised. I ordered a 2XL and the size was barely a medium. Their customer service is brutal. They refused to do a refund and say they will give me four dollars US and are telling me to “just give it to a friend.” this company is a scam. DO NOT ORDER.

Should be zero stars! Don’t deal with this company. Charged me double, claiming I ordered 2 items, not 1. Refused to refund half. Then goods didn’t come for over 2 months so I cancelled the order and asked for full refund. Goods arrived after 2.5 months and they were too small anyway… wouldn’t fit most heads! Refusing to give refund.

I also ordered a jumpsuit! Complete and utter trash! The fabric is awful, you are supposed to put your hips through the neckline which is about 8”. Horrible customer service!
DONT order from this company. I list $44 dollars. I’m trying to get PayPal to pony up.

I ordered two jumpsuits on 04/19/23. I didn’t receive them until 05/22/23. When inquiring on updates, I was told to be patient and don’t worry. Once received, items were too small, so I sent a request (4 times) for a return address and haven’t received a response as of today, 05/29/23. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered the jumpsuit and it is a cheap polyester material and it runs way too small. There is no way to get it on except through the small neck hole. They will not refund or exchange. BUYER BEWARE!
