Absolutely terrible ordered a new suit on the 6th of October for a wedding wedding was on Thursday just past had to go out and buy another one had an email saying it had been dispatched the same day I ordered it emailed them 4 days later asking where it was cause the tracking number said Royal Mail still didn’t have it and they said it wasn’t even dispatched from there side it was still going through quality control. Still havent received it Sunday the 18th October emailed them looking for my money back and got told I must have it wrong I must be looking to return something

Not London or even UK based company despite what the website shows.
Items will be shipped from China, made from polyester and look nothing like what you think you're buying from the pictures.
Then, IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A REFUND, because they don't respond to customer service requests. So, the only way is to go through your bank and raise a dispute

The price is okay and speed on delivery is good

Item ordered over 2 weeks ago still not received, contacted customer support who, when I have asked for my order to be cancelled and refunded asked for my order number and other details which I provided, to get the same email asking for the same information. Have chased it up and now getting no response. Will not be ordering again
