Amity university is a well known around the world but their management and teachers are totally waste of time.

Hello, my name is Ranjith NAGARADJANE, I am 26 years old and I am currently living in FRANCE.
Interested in doing an online MBA, I get in contact with Amity for their MBA Program. Mr Harsh CHAUDHARY was my admission counsellor from Amity (his WhatsApp num : +91 9319729433),I started the admission process the 28/02/2024 after discussing some details about the program and I also paid the first semester fees ( The amount of 38250 Indian rupees equivalent of 450 euros) and get confirmation of the payment from my Harsh the same day ( See Whatapp screenshot).After sending him all the documents asked, he told me to wait 48h in order to get my login details.
From that moment everything goes wrong with Amity and Mr Harsh CHAUDHARY, after waiting for the 48h asked, I get back in contact with Mr Harsh CHAUDHARY because I haven’ received any updates and login information’s (But no answer from the opposite side or they will replay you 2 or 3 days later and ask you to wait without further information about the current state of your admission). I tried to call my Harsh but no reply!

Later, I get in contact with another admission advisor of Amity Mrs Ayushi BHARGAVA (Whatapp number : +91 9289681029 ) and explain my situation. She gave me the email address of Amity Support and ask me to send an email so they can find a solution (supportme at amityonline.com).

First mail the 06/03/24 asking for login information, the reply that I get is that my admission form number: 5295101 is not the right one.
Get back in contact with Mr Harsh, and he told me that the number in gave was the right one !

Second mail the 08/03/24 asking for details with screen shoot of my admissions portal (to show my admission form number: 5295101) and the screenshot of the discussing with Mr Harsh !
This time I have no reply from Amity Support.

I also get in contact with amity Support Via WhatApp ( Number : +91 8448093747 ) and never get I clear information’s once again they will just say “ please wait” and that’s it !

Tired of unclear process I get back in contact with Mr Mr Harsh CHAUDHARY the 11 of march and asked for a refund. He also confirmed that he initiate the refund process the same day and up to now I haven’t received my money back.
And no one is answering my call and my Email!

Link most cheap commercial they are interested in your money and nothing else, but when you ask your money back, there is no one to reply.
Hopefully Karma will pay these people 😊

Worst University Ever they have done many fake promises before taking the admission but after the admission you are nothing just only pay the fees and do what ever you want. Money waste if you take the admission just go for any online college don't take admission here

this course is not for working professionals as all classes and exams are held on weekdays. how is a professional suppose to give exams?

With very deep dismay and surprise, I am expressing my feelings about this university.

Their job is supposed to be to give classes and knowledge after taking fees. But they can't do even this simple job.

They are just a bunch of jokers operating to earn money without providing any value. This is the worst educational institution in India I believe.

Their books for MCA are full of mistakes. And these are not just English or grammatical mistakes but also technical mistakes.

I was amazed to know they are operating outside India too. With these books and educational standards, they are operating outside India. Ab kya hi bole...

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Amity University Online, and I feel compelled to share my honest review. My time with this institution was nothing short of a nightmare, and I believe it's important for potential students to be aware of the issues I encountered.

First and foremost, it's evident that Amity University Online cares more about making money than maintaining any semblance of educational standards. The quality of the courses and materials provided was shockingly poor. I expected a reputable institution to uphold certain educational standards, but it seems that profit is their primary concern.

Additionally, their customer service is abysmal. I reached out to them on multiple occasions with questions and concerns, but I received little to no response. It's clear that they have a complete disregard for their students' needs and concerns, and their lack of responsiveness is utterly frustrating.

Furthermore, the administrative process at Amity University Online is a disaster. Enrolling in courses and navigating their website is needlessly complicated and confusing. It's as if they intentionally make it difficult for students to access the information they need.

In conclusion, my experience with Amity University Online was nothing short of a disappointment. Their focus on profit over education, lack of responsiveness, and convoluted administrative processes make them a terrible choice for anyone seeking a quality online education. I strongly advise prospective students to look elsewhere for a more reputable and student-focused institution.

As a Bachelor of Commerce student at Amity University, I have been taken aback by negative reviews from others about the university. However, I strongly disagree with such comments as my personal experience has been nothing short of excellent.

Right from the start of my program, I was assigned a student coordinator who was always available to address any queries I had. Additionally, the content of the program is top-notch and the university is recognized internationally.

Whether you opt for a distance (online) or full-time program, Amity University guarantees a remarkable learning experience. Don't hesitate to join this outstanding institution.

Taking admission into Amity online is the mistake i regret the most. It is a BIG scam, because they don't have a physical office and they take FULL advantage of online platform, these scums abuse online platform. Their aim is to make money not provide education. They promised a LOT of things, literally bugged me with calls and were super nice untill they got payment of 2lacs from me for MBA and made me wait for 3months for any query (so the reimbursement period is over with )and started talking like your queries don't matter anymore, they behave like if you want to study do it at your expense or else leave they don't care even for the tiniest concerns.

Do not ever in your entire life go to their website and make an inquiry. A guy called Ashish will be sending you auto emails completely irrelevant to the inquiry you made, your inquiry will never be answered, and you will get ten emails every single day at least.

Again.
1. Your inquiry will never be answered.
2. You will be flooded with absurd, irrelevant emails.
3. You will get calls from their call centre who dont care about you or your query or the fact that you dont care about irrelevant emails or calls.
4. There is an unsubscribe button on the emails, and you can unsubscribe every single day but the emails won't stop.
5. Somehow on a Mac even if you block that email it lands on your inbox.
6. Only option is to create a rule for it to directly go to the bin.

I've given 2 stars only because of college, professors and environment is good even in Distance learning.
But student service is poor.
I've been following up for months for my updated mark sheet, even if after saying that i will pay extra, no positive response.
no point of marking senior management, as they are of no use. ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED.

Amity online team are very professional in supporting me to finish the web MBA in business analytics. The team guide me alright & support me to the next level also providing a lot of opportunities to attend sessions with industry leaders. The amity online team are great and are able to support achieve the goal of getting quality education on a world-class platform.
