Kathy was awesome. No high pressure. The product line has expanded so much. I loved the products 20 years ago and forgot until now. I purchased products to switch my short term rental over to safe American made products and decided to do the business side of things again too.

It seems like the lady that signed me up was readily available to respond to my texts, etc., before I signed up. Once I signed up, it seems like she’s busier than she was before.
I got my first box today. I am disappointed that the Seibella Products do not have the directions on the package itself ( Except for the shampoo and conditioner) The type is so small on the box that it takes a magnifying glass to read it.

My order arrived the very next day. I haven’t used the products except the electrolyte replacement orange flavor. It is very tasty. I usually do not like any type of those hydration products. This one will be my go to from now on.

Pam was the person I talked with. She was great! Answered all my questions and made me feel like a real person. She wasn’t pressuring or pushy. Didn’t make me feel like I wanted to hang up just because I felt like it was all about me having to buy something.

Took three hours on the phone to place order with the representative. I would have liked to look over the website be for he had me on the phone for so long.

I had trouble with the link that I had received. Anita called for help right away and the problem was solved. A new link was sent and I could register as a new customer.

We are all like minded and that goes a long way. Anita and Ann were very easy to talk with.

It’s very important to me to support USA companies that also value their employees and their customers and the planet we live on win win, win ! I’m really excited about switching to a USA based company! I had stopped buying cleaning products because I was confused and didn’t want to support companies that are polluting our planet! I definitely feel less stressed and confident, knowing they’re non-toxic safe for my home and gentle on the earth and made right here in the USA! 🇺🇸

Great product line.

First I was looking at Mammoth Nation and I did not like their yearly subscription plus everything sounded really expensive! So I was glad to hear about Melaleuca. Going into training was summed up as if you can read and you are kind you can do this!
