I have not tried everything yet. I have used the sei Bella rice and amaranth shampoo and love it. I am going to order the clarifying shampoo next, expect a review. I like the melaluca detergent, they did send the mountain scent when I ordered no scent but I don't think it smells like anything. It caused no problems for my sensitive allergy skin. I will be ordering the brighter and softener. Using the dark circle serum but have not formed an opinion yet due to my inconsistent use of it. Used the tub and tile. I liked that it didn't have a burny chemical smell, no burning eyes but if my shower was really dirty I feel like it would not have cut it. I am going to try the general cleaner on the shower floor. So far customer service has been pleasant, especially for setup. I did call for some product detail before my second order, the agent didn't seem to really know the products but was super nice and kinda fumbled through it with me. Looking forward to my next order.

Easy, relaxed call

I found the whole thing sneaky. It uses the same tactics Amway uses to get people interested. It's not upfront; it's misleading. Two points you should have stuck with..1) I already knew Melaleuca had great products....2) I didn't know they were made in America. If you would have started with hey did you know......all their products are made in America. That was why I reached out in the first place. Just felt slimy. I don't trust companies or people who operate this way.

Eleanora was wonderful! A human to human interaction was much appreciated! It's hard to navigate how to be healthier & I felt I was understood & had the resources & a real human to human connection. She is now my friend! The prices are very competitive & the ingredients are top notch! The cost is affordable & the switch can be made! It's a change we can afford & make a difference!

My first experience was having a wonderful conversation with MaryCarol. She talk me through the process of how things work. I made my first order and it arrived very quickly. I've been reading through the pamphlets that came with my order to get myself familiarize with the company and products.

I enjoyed talking with Kerry Brooks she was very helpful and considerate of my time, I felt at ease and I had known her for most of my life. She was very professional and informative.

No pressure, just good info on great products and moving away from the big box corporations is (almost) the best part

I ordered the original Melaleuca shampoo and the rosemary, but only the rosemary was added and sent. Also, because it was in such fine print, I didn't realize that the hand soaps did not come with pumps, so now I have to either find new containers for the soap, or wait until next month to order the plungers. You do not have shampoo bars, I would suggest that as a future item.
