I sent them 14,000 dollars in product, They will not pay me. So took them to court and won. Still will not pay me. Now I got to put lean on them. I all found out they did the same thing to others, Many other. These people are professional thieves. I will be pressing criminal charges next. Go to windows site and better business. You will learn a lot about their scams.

I received a couple decent boxes at the start of our annual subscription and then really terrible boxes with 2-3 measly items, but then stopped completely. We haven’t received 4 of the 12, and they have dropped off the face of the earth. No communication, nothing to the point I feel like the company closed. But now I’m seeing that others have had communication sine my last attempt Nov ‘22, so they’re just outright ignoring me. My original order was May 2021 - and still nothing.

No communication, no updates, just take the money and run.

Horrible customer service…. Warned me in November my subscription would auto-renew by email… I demanded it be cancelled immediately (after complaining and returning the last two boxes) and asked for a refund for the first January shipment (that came anyway) and spent hours emailing and calling/contacting customer service! My credit card remains charged for nearly $600 and NO BOXES fulfilled and no refund! This was 2 years ago! Such a scam!

Seemed like a great way to support American Made Businesses. Except this Business is a stealling American's money and doesn't care. Oct, I paid in full for a whole year of monthly box subscription. I only recieved the first four months of boxes. They were all late. January and February was combined into one box because they were late on delivering. Considering the difficulties at this time due to Covid, I wasn't bothered by this. The issue was that after that I never recieved another box. I sent multiple emails to the company asking for an explanation and to send the remaining 9 boxes or a refund. I never got any response and canceled the subscription after the year ended. This company deserves to be shut down and all the companies contributing products to boxes should pull their items before their own businesses are impacted by the reputation of American Crate!

Paid for a 12 month subscription, received 5 of 12 then nothing. No response ever from customer service. And the 5 that arrived were worth about $20 and certainly not $50. Complete scam. The owner/owners should be ashamed of themselves. And probably ripped off the companies that make the products. RUN from this subscription box.

I have not received any boxes in several months. I need answers why and a total refund immediately.

After having no significant issues for the first year, my subscription renewed 10 months ago and I have received exactly ONE crate. The one crate I received only after sending an email inquiry and it was extremely sub par compared to previous crates. We cut them some slack because we know there have been some supply chain issues. But we have not received a single crate since that one 9 months ago. I have requested a refund - no response other than the auto-response saying they would respond within 1 business day. That was FIVE business days ago and NOTHING. TERRIBLE!

WARNING the PEOPLE!!! This Company is scam. Bought directly from their site. Only received 2 out of 4 boxes in over a year. The second box, didn't really have anything in it, not worth over $300. No it does not come in a nice box either. And if you pay for anything that you did not receive, this is called THEFT. They had a email, they will never answer. Don't have phone number, because they are thieves. It is worse now on there own site with ZERO contact information on their site and broken links because it was a robbery thing. Instagram page is now gone.

I purchased Washington's Ultimate as gift, the first crate came and it was loved. The second crate NEVER came but the money was taken out of my account. I have tried numerous times to contact the company to either get a refund or the crate due. I have not received either.

Don’t order it do business with these scam artist. Jason the owner owes thousands to the companies he claims to support.

I originally gave a great review, since I'd received good customer service & response. but after this last subscription, I would definitely not recommend them and am missing 3 crates for my subscription. It's sad to see that they owe vendors money & have ruined their reputation for a wonderful idea that I was in support of!!

BEWARE: SCAM in every manner, from defrauding vendors to defrauding customers & is everything really made in America as they claim?

I received this as a gift. I received first crate and was happy and please. Received 2nd crate and somewhat happy because half the items were the same as the first crate. Haven’t received the 3rd crate from March. In the meantime they renewed my subscription for 3 more months. I called them and told them I didn’t want to renew. They said too bad you needed to do it online before your renewal date. I was 1 day past my renewal date and I had never received a notification about the renewal.

So now they are past due in 3 crates and they stopped giving updates and responding to my emails.

I love the concept of this business but their customer service is lacking.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM! DO NOT give these people your money. We paid $1,200 in December for the whole year. We only received two boxes. They are using “America” and Made in the USA” to take advantage of people. Just say no to America’s Crate.

Scam for sure... have not recieved 2 boxes for them, out over $400.00 and they will not return emails. Will contact credit card company and see if I have any recourse.

I am another vendor that is owed money by this company. They owe me over $10,000 and they have been giving me excuse after excuse with no payment. DO NOT BUY or DO BUSINESS with them! I am also pursuing legal action against this pathetic excuse of a company.

Worst service ever!!!! I only received one of the crates- inside Was a keychain a beer coozey a map of someplace and a regular glass that had a red Santa clause etched it….this was in March. I’ve sent more than 10 emails with only 1 response (in march) back to me saying just give it time and blamed covid and promised me I would be receiving my next 2 boxes very soon. I have sent 2 emails every week since and haven’t heard back. This place is a scam!!!!!

It is hard to believe they have not been shut down. They owe me over 8k for product. I have my attorney. They will not answer demand letters. I do not expect that I will ever see any money or product returned. But I will sue them anyway in hopes of preventing them from hurting others any further.

I have not received my last and finally box/crate that should have come in March. I have sent numerous emails and no one has returned or answered them. I'm pissed, as for the fact that money is tight and no box or refund. This is unbelievable and I know they high tailed it out of here with no way to make them accountable for their actions. Never again.
