Excellent!
I initially phoned to look at a trip to America and Canada - I spoke to Megan, she was FANTASTIC! She looked at all different options for me and tweaked the itinerary a couple of times so we got the best route, hotel and options for our trip.

In this case, the cancellation terms applied in line with the booking Terms and Conditions agreed at the time of booking. Although the holiday was into cancellation penalties, we have cancelled at loss of deposit.
