I wouldn't recommend them unless it's a last resort. They love to lie. They froze my account for 47 days and said that I filed bankruptcy and refused to accept payments. The day that I got the email saying that I could pay I paid extra on both accounts and the next day they reported a missed payment. They said that it had been reported 45 days earlier, but every week they reported payments within 3 days. They really lied. ​Update: Calling your 855 general support number accomplishes nothing. Your dispute department already stated in writing that your 'investigation is complete' and refused to correct the late mark that your own 47-day freeze caused. This matter is now actively under formal federal investigation with the FDIC (Case #02202127) against FinWise Bank and under an active FCRA dispute with TransUnion.

It was fast. Signing documents with docu sign wasn’t easy. But all in all a pretty simple process.

The employees were easy to talk to. Financing was easy. So when I found out they service and repair what they sell. Then found out my purchase would come with a warranty. I was sold.

Eazy to apply for a loan customer service is top notch

Horrible. False advertising at the very least. They’ll tell you that you’re approved, but then deny you when you try and check out. This place is a scam and is awful.

Learned about American first through my dentist ' it's been awesome to get work done and slowly pay ' interest wasn't bad ' and they'll give you a great deal if you pay your balance early ' took a second loan with them and the money was in my account in minutes

Ease of operation

If you finally get approved it does help. The interest rate is extremely high.If you have been a loyal customer for a couple of years, it doesnt really matter.I have tried when I really needed it,and wasnt approved, so it lets me know that it is me its all computer generated per usual, nothing pesonal or real humans involved.Goodluck!
