It was such a pleasure speaking with Ed Packman from ACCS. I was very nervous and unsure about the offer. Ed made sure the experience was great and that I understood and was comfortable with the options I was given. Ed Explained in detail how I would begin, about how long it would take to get my situation resolved. He also was giving me real honest answers. I felt like Ed really was taking the time to listen to what needs I needed so he could find the best option for me. He had answers to all of my worries and questions. He explained things extremely well. And I never felt rushed or pressured into any of the options which made me much more comfortable. Since Ed was so detailed and had all the answers to my questions, honest answers, I feel great with the option that I picked.
