Been with Amcare 18 years + Convatec products i am supplied through Amcare are stoma bags and stoma caps, bags supplied by hospital do not stick and leak, tried other suppliers but then attended a community group where Amcare visited and was given Convatec samples to try and they where great, i wear a 2 peice and i am so greatful to of find you.

Very prompt attention by Amcare when I desperately needed it to be.

I have been dealing with Amcare for some time now on behalf of my elderly Dad. He has numerous health issues including Raynauds Syndrome which makes it tricky for him with his stoma daily. My Mum passed a couple of years ago which further undermined his self confidence.
Amcare have been nothing short of delightful in helping us with any issue we have. Shaun is helpful, friendly and caring. He always contacts us when he’s asked and any company would be lucky to have this person in their employ.

I contacted Amcare back in November on behalf of my Mum, who was having some issues with her orders. How lucky was I that I spoke to Sharon Lowe. She listened and took on board the issues and got them resolved. Not only that, she went above and beyond to check that my Mum's order was correct and contacted me to let me know. I cannot praise Sharon highly enough. Her efforts have meant that Mum is no longer stressed and her orders are being delivered on time and are correct.

Terri Barlow - Site Head Lincoln - Amcare Group has always provided a great service. There have been issues with the supply of certain products, but she has always sorted out various issues effectively.

They staff are amazing,so friendly, kind and caring. No job is too big or small, they go that extra, on the service they provide. I would definitely recommend to anyone as they say they are going to look after your orders and they do, they look after your needs with absolute respect and care they are always just a call away. The products and recommendations are spot on. Anyone considering using them, hand on heart use them because they are amazing. DPD drivers are so friendly and never miss your slot time.

The team are very helpful and happy when dealing with orders or issues with my doctors, as they can take 2/3 weeks to sign a prescription, the staff are on top of this do that my order is not delayed

There were a few issues when changing computer systems and when my local surgery were delaying prescriptions but have always found staff, Sharn Collins in particular, responsive to my needs.

I have been using amcare since my op in 2013 and have always found them to be a very efficient and professional.
The staff are pleasant and helpful and easy to get along with.
I will continue to use them for as long as needed.

I have been using AMCARE for just over 4 years now. So glad I changed from my old supplier.the girls and guys are always so friendly when you call to place your order.they always make time to have a bit of a chat. My orders have never been wrong. Even when they had the change with the system last year it might have taken a bit longer to get through but when you did they were as helpful as usual . I always get a telephone call from them to tell me they have my prescription and that it is being processed to be sent. They have helped me so much sending stoma nurses out to try different bags for me. . I hope all the staff have a wonderful Christmas

Amcare have continued to provide me with my ostomy supplies for well over a year now and they go out of their way to ensure I get what I need in good time and if there’s an issue I’m informed of it (well I’m lucky enough to have a dedicated person look after my account Sharn Collins) puts my mind at ease and if I need a different product they are there to get it for me! Keeps my anxiety and worries in check!! :)

Quick and easy service and response times to placing orders. Have used Amcare for 6 years now and whilst they had a period of a few issues when changing their system that seems to have been resolved and service is excellent with my products being delivered more promptly than ever
