From looking in the showroom to completion a great service. Good quality products, no pushy salesman, a pleasant and hardworking installer . Very pleased, would definitely recommend. We looked at other companies but Amazon came out tops !!

I have had the pleasure of working with Amazon Windows & Doors twice now, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Their professionalism and expertise is fantastic. From start to finish, the team was dedicated to providing exceptional service. The attention to detail in their work is impeccable, and the quality of the doors they installed is outstanding. Not only did they complete the installations in a timely manner, but they also ensured that everything was done to perfection. The communication throughout the process was excellent, and they were always willing to answer any questions I had. If you are looking for a reliable and top-quality door installation company, look no further. I will definitely be using their services again in the future.

Amazon had just completed the installation of new windows to replace the old windows in the bathroom and cloakroom. Previously they had built a conservatory ( in February 2023) and also replaced the rest of the windows ( in April 2023)

I have nothing but praise for the professional manner in which they completed the 3 jobs and attended to follow up issues in a timely manner.

Great products. It took some time for them to come to fit the doors but I am very satisfied with the job. Very tidy and clean job. They also replaced some parts that were a bit damage during the installation.

I had several quotes to replace 3 large windows and both a front and back door in a ground floor maisonette. Amazon windows were professional throughout. The chap who came to measure up and subsequently quote was knowledgeable, patient and not at all pushy. Gave me time to review my quotes without pestering (unlike some other companies) and I decided to go with them.
Following a surveyor coming to verify the order, Work was booked in promptly and arranged around a time to suit me. They sent two engineers to get the job finished in the morning to avoid a day of disruption.
The fitters arrived promptly, were polite and took great care with the property. A fitter called Ryan in particular was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The property was left cleaner than when they had started and the windows and doors installed to a very high standard. Ryan took me around to inspect all windows and doors following completion.
The office followed up immediately after to check I was happy and again a few weeks later. When I did have a broken handle on a bathroom window, they sent an engineer to fix within the week. All warranties were provided promptly both by paper and email.
I recommend Amazon windows to every one who asks me, a completely different experience to previous companies! Thank you Amazon for making the process so painless.

We had a back door fitted firstly then some patio doors, followed by a beautiful front door.
We were so impressed we have had a garden room built to a high spec. The guys who carried out the work were extremely professional and went over and above for us.

They did a superb job for me and it wasn’t an easy job. I had an internal wall removed to double the size of my kitchen and they replaced french doors with a beautiful bi-fold, and another replacement window. Everyone involved was professional and the finished job was amazing. I would definitely use them again. Thank you

I had a new guardian roof fitted by Amazon and from signing up to installation and completion the works where managed and completed in a professional manner.the installation was completed in 2 weeks to a very high standard by all the trades involved.The support from the office in making sure I was aware of who and when the trades where due to turn up was excellent.Overall I am very happy with the works Amazon carried out.

Amazon was a recommendation from a friend and they did not disappoint from the first meeting with the owner (Andy) through to the fitters, who were all very professional and offered excellent advice throughout the process. We now have beautiful windows admired by our neighbours!

Amazon Windows and Conservatories ie Amex Holdings Ltd are to be avoided at all costs! These people are beyond incompetent and frankly rude and indifferent and I would like to single out the MD in particular. They are simply not up to the job and we will be taking legal action in order to stop this sort of company from behaving in this way. Three day job became six weeks and they have left us with damage and repairs and £200 compensation when our costs for repairs are now very significant! They then chased for paymemt and harassed us almost immediately! Do not pay anything including deposits until you have cast iron contract which they will ignore regardless. AVOID AVOID AVOID! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

We contacted Amazon Windows and Conservatories ie Amex Holdings Ltd and spoke to 'sales man'(they want no names) , a authorised agent of the company. We told him what we wanted, guardian roof, 3.5x5meter conservatory, we also stated we wanted the existing external door and window removed aswell as brickwork to make an arch to create a open plan living space between the kitchen and conservatory-soon to be living room. He stated this would not be a problem, 'when you come to sell just put the doors back on at the new owners request'. He told me and my husband that as it's a conservatory building regulations isn't required. He then confirmed all of this in writing via email. (I have sent all correspondence to Building Control, CheckATrade, Guardian Roof and Trading Standards). My husband told him of our situation, that I have blood cancer and am currently undergoing treatment at the Marsden, that we wanted a new space to spend Christmas together as last year I was hospitalised. We proceeded with the build August 1st 2022, 3 weeks into the build on the day of the roof being installed we were not happy with the marks left on the windows and doors by the installers, all protective film had been removed from the upvc without the windows being put in and all frames had black scuff marks on them. Xtratherm (roof insulation) was delivered that day and placed in the garden by the roof installers, when I went outside I found the xtratherm placed ontop of my lavender plant crushing it (we have a large wrap around garden, 3 weeks in no other builders or workman on site had done this so I was rightfully annoyed that they had damaged my plant). We sent emails regarding the marks to the window, door frames and lavender with pictures as evidence. I recieved a horrendous email back from the director. He stated my plant was wooded and in need of watering anyway. I have cancer and there's a drought, he said his workman never put it there.
I replied who did, me? He said the marks on the windows and door frame would have been cleaned eventually so my husband cleaning them with upvc cleaner was premature. My answer back was the window frames needed to be cleaned to see if there were permanent scratches/ marks underneath and if there was then replacements would need to be ordered, he completely disagreed. I have the audio recording of our conversation which he consented to which I will post to socials. After that appaling conversation my husband and I both agreed that Amazon Windows would not help rectify any problems we may encounter in the future or make it exceedingly difficult in the least so my husband called FENSA regarding the windows and doors. They stated they would not be able to help with warranties etc unless the windows came with building regs certification. So my husband contacted building control and explained our situation, the head of building control asked for photographs of the build. He contacted my husband immediately and told him that our conservatory was in fact an extension and so building control was meant to be on site 1st day of the build. An extension ALWAYS requires building control. We went back to the MD with this information and the building control report. He ignored the report. He told us that because WE didn't want building regs that the build isn't to building regs standard, the fact that it's an extension is neither here nor there and then he told us to just leave the existing external doors on as PLANNED even though the contract stated remove external doors. He then said he was confused as to why we had got building control involved! 1) it states on the contract, hand written 'remove external door/window and brickwork, make good 1m2'. In doing so and agreeing Amazon Windows completely contradict themselves because UNLESS existing external door remains in place any and ALL conservatories require building control 2) the MD admits it isn't to building reg standard and doesn't care, he states to me in a email if i wanted the soakaway done correctly and placed 5 metres from the property instead of it's current position of 1.8metres! (Flooding risk) then it would have been an extra £1600 3) it is an extension so a client cannot say yes or no to building regs, YOU should have said YES it requires building regulations. They have stated to my husband in black and white they do not comply with building control 4) they keep lying and saying we refused building reg due to cost, we were never given a quote we was told it wasnt needed, the email confirms that.
I have Building Control, Structural Engineers and other tradesman quoting to rectify works even though under Consumer Rights Act 2015 Amazon MUST rectify work under URP for FREE, Amazon have refused and said it will cost extra. In contact now with Trading Standards. AVOID PLEASE! RECORD ALL CONVOS
