Despite setting my work mail center as a safe location, drivers insist on calling me for every delivery. I can't answer personal calls during work hours or while abroad, and there's no way to call them back. As a result, I constantly miss deliveries. This never used to be a problem until a few weeks ago. Extremely frustrating and disappointing from a service I used to trust.

I signed up to the free 30 day trial for Amazon Prime on the new Amazon.ie There is no way of cancelling the subscription. On the Amazon.co.uk or .com it's possible to cancel the subscription but not on the .ie verson It's a scam to keep you locked into their billing. Couldn't find anything that was not automated for assistance to cancel the subscription.

I was so looking forward to Amazon.ie but what a disappointment, I don’t understand why the service, prices, delivery is just not the same as before. I always enjoyed the Uk experience of online shopping. The Irish experience is like tales of the unexpected, I experience anxiety, unfortunately, sadly, I’ll have to walk away from the.ie website before I completely lose my joy of online shopping.

60% of my orders went missing or just got cancelled, terrible delivery times, considering I use Amazon.uk de it and fr with only 2 orders out these 5 sites having issues in 3+years of using them this roi version is appalling

Ordered a few items, first one came as expected, the second was due in 4 weeks which was fine with me. That one turned up 3 days. Happy Days. The final package I paid express delivery due in 5 days. 2weeks on no sign. The process to cancel and get a refund is beyond frustrating. Will be sticking to Temu or the uk site

Absolute rubbish, compared to English site , ordered some items, I was told it would take two weeks, tried to cancell, I was told not an option, then few days from delivery time I was told problem with delivery, items to be returned to sender, and await refund, won't hold my breath

Amazon.ie is totally useless compared to the UK site.
As others have mentioned delivery times are ridiculous.
Advertising false delivery dates they don’t fulfil !

Items are taking weeks to arrive. Less items are available that the UK site. Gone back to amazon.co.uk

Updating on previous review. Found Amazon.ie so so bad. Moved my prime back to UK. Faster delivery, more products and cheaper. Also a lot more reviews and all in English. Can’t see the point of Irish store. Happy to support Irish brands but they usually sell elsewhere online anyway. Curious at the lack of media attention to how bad Irish site is.

How does it make sense that I (based in Ireland) get the ordered item the next day from Amazon UK but have to wait a week for the same item when I order from Amazon IE???

lacking in comparison to what we already used on amazon uk with higher prices and delivery costs on most things

Awful service,not reliable.I order items for a job on amazon.ie by mistake,the order is arriving in drips and drabs and when I checked the UK site the whole order would of arrived the next day and cheaper off the same supplier.

I’ve been using Amazon.co.uk for over a decade. Bought very regularly from them for me and for my colleague and friends. I went to purchase an item I’ve bought before from them. Was informed the item couldn’t be sent to Ireland any longer and to buy it from the Irish website. It was more expensive and would take longer to get the item but I needed the item so went ahead and bought it. I got a dispatch notice today. Guess where it is being shipped from? The UK!!!! The same item the UK site told me they couldn’t ship to Ireland. Absolutely ridiculous! They are making right mugs of us. I’m done with Amazon.

Completely useless, nothing to buy and lead times week or 2, much better was Amazon.co.uk

Delighted with amazon. Great prices and delivery is always so fast.

Opened an account with amazon ie and placed an order. Immediately after taking my money they put a hold on my account. They said I have to provide proof that I am authorised to use my own card. I provided proof and they rejected it. My account is still locked, and they still have my money.

False advertising (sold and dispatched by amazon), poor customer service, long wait for refund, never buy anything from them!

Cannot access my account as my phone number has changed from what is on record by them so when you try to login they send a code to old number. Just try contacting them and it makes Eir , Sky, Irish Water seem super efficient. I thought these guys were smart but keeping a potential customer locke out of his account with no way of contacting them does not look like a stroke of genius

The ordered goods were not sent. After waiting for several weeks, I asked for a refund. After another four weeks of doing nothing, I contacted the bank. And finally, after two months, I got my money back. This was the first and last time I dealt with Amazon.ie
Absolutely unprofessional service

Once again I cannot log in to my amazon ireland account it just say change country unfortunately there is no working support if you are not logged in what wrong with amazon ireland
