Zero customer support: Immediately deleted my account instead of resolving my query
Spent months as a paying subscriber with Amazing Radio. My music was streamed by them every single day for 3 months, racking up 11,600 tune plays and 434 on-air plays. Despite this heavy, continuous daily rotation proving my music met their broadcast standards, I never made an A, B, or C list, never reached an audition, and never charted.
When I emailed them to ask why they were playing me constantly but completely stalling my progress, their support team completely failed to provide any actual customer support. First, they insulted my mixing and lyrics, telling me I wasn't good enough. When I challenged that contradiction, their tone turned deeply hostile, throwing out wild, unevidenced accusations claiming they found "suspicious activity" and "30 bot profiles" sharing my IP address.
Because of this shocking treatment, I told them to delete my profile. Instead of attempting to resolve the issue, address the severe staff misconduct, or provide professional support, they just instantly processed the deletion 26 minutes later to wash their hands of the situation and shut down the conversation.
They play independent artists every day to keep them paying, but the second you demand transparency or ask why you aren't charting, they insult your art, level fake accusations, and would rather lose a customer than provide accountability. Shady and unprofessional. Avoid.
