Took a long time to deliver and colour and material was not what I expected but is a nice dress

The dress was exactly like it was described and is gorgeous! It’s extremely comfortable and lightweight without being see through. I love it 🥰

The shipping took longer than I expected but the customer services communication was very good and consistent. I loved the dresses when they eventually did arrive.
Very pleased with my purchases.

No Returns unless faulty! The garments look nothing like the pictures and are way too long (and I am 5ft 10!) and of poor quality. I can’t believe that in this day and age with the competition in retail that a ‘no refund unless faulty’ policy can still exist, not if you want to stay in business. Tells me they don’t care about their customers or what we think of their terrible garments. Buyers beware.

I ordered 3 dresses in a large but one was much smaller, I tried to return but unfortunately the costs outway practicality. Saying that they have compensated me to keep the 3rd dress. Lovely product but shipping is an issue in terms of timings and returns

I ordered 8 items. 3 were late to ship and thus cancelled to expedite shipping of the other 5 items. I was VERY happy with the fit and quality of 4/5 items recieved. One item did not match the product description and returning for full refund was impossible. I was offered a progresdively generous discount to keep the unwanted item (after asking 4 times for a full refund). I was told that to get a full refund, I would have to pay freight to Dubai making it not worth my time to return and I reluctantly took the discount and ended up paying the difference for something I will never wear. I have to say however, that communication with customer service was timely and attentive for both the delayed shipping and refund issues. I would order again but only items that have customer reviews.

Very very poor service :This company has taken my money but not provided the goods that have been paid for . Track and trace number not recognised. .Alysses not responding to my emails or web site states 24 hr customer service.

I had an issue with the dress I bought and I found Alysses to be prompt and helpful in resolving the situation

Items are great and just as described but shipping was very slow

The outfits I ordered weren’t quite right for me but the customer service was fantastic and I was genuinely blown away by their attitude/ so helpful! 👍🏻

Was sceptical about ordering these items, but they arrived as scheduled, are a perfect fit and beautiful soft material, well made.

This is a really good quality dress . I was even surprised how good and comfortable the fabric is , and how nice it looks .

I should have known prices were in USD even though it said it was Canadian.

The dresses are very nice. Very thin material but the prints and sizes are true.

I loved both of the dresses but one was too small so I will be returning it. Can you please give me instructions on how to return the one dress? However, I will continue to shop with you!
