I ordered two dresses, one was absolutely adorable, I loved everything about it and it met my expectations however the second dress was disappointing. It was like nothing pictured, it looked like an attempt to fabricate an original version but it ended up looking cheap. I was offered a partial refund only because it was not received damaged and I was asked to keep the dress. Needless to say I was not 100% satisfied but I supposed 1/2 off for a mediocre dress is better then nothing. It took over a month to receive but the communication via email with the company was promptly answered and that was impressive. Overall had it not been for the second dress and not receiving a full refund I would have giving 5 ⭐️.

I ordered a number of items from Alysses but will not be doing so again. The items are of mixed quality. A couple are reasonable quality fabric but others are very cheaply made. The sizes are all over the place, I have some items which fit and some which don’t all of the same size. Unfortunately reading their returns policy you can only return items if they are faulty. This is really poor and not in line in with competitor companies. I have been left with wasted clothes which don’t fit, out of pocket and no ability to send them back. Don’t use this company for internet fashion there are so many others out there offering much better quality and customer service.

I ordered 3 dresses from this website all were amazing! True to size and the material is so soft. Just wished delivery had been sooner, that'show much I love them. Will definitely order again.

Some of the worst clothes I have ever received. Took over a month just ship out my order and now that I finally received them they are awful! Cheap and poorly constructed. The top half of every dress I purchased is too tight, can't lift my arms. I am a 34B and purchased a M. They should fit, but they don't and I know after the way the delivery went I will never be allowed to return them. Almost $200 wasted on junk clothing! Never again will I order from a place like this. Oh and if you are thinking of buying that super cute (in their photos) dress with the skulls-- DON'T, just don't do it. It is one of the worst. I didn't even think my head with fit through the head hole. I look like a Amish women with that dress on, it is terrible!!!!!!!

I ordered a dress....lovely. Just took a bit longer than expected to arrive. But all good.

Terrible experience, I bought three dresses costing £81 ($112) i want to return and get a refund. They offered me $15 then $25 and now $34! Why would I accept that? Do not buy from this site.

I never received the dresses I ordered a month ago and the tracking information sent verifies that the post office never received the package.

Shall get it altered & shall know in future what size to order!

Great value for money, I love the fabric and skull design - if this dress is a typical example of Alysses then I’m definitely having a closer look for my Non lockdown Autumn wardrobe

Love the dress purchased, shipping costs quite expensive and a month for delivery but easy process and a nice surprise when it did arrive.

3 of the dresses I bought fitted perfectly. The size guide and other reviews helped me choose the perfect size. The white with blue fronds was a bit big and see through, but will wear this over swimmers, so is still great. The material on each dress was so different, but I love them all. Will shop again.

Loved the garments and the packaging was great - just took longer than expected to receive my items but will definitely use this site again as I love the clothes!
