Received the dresses very quickly. The dresses I ordered were for summer time, so they are light and airy. No lining but for summer to wear out for catch-ups and/or beach is perfect. They dry very quickly too. Got lots of compliments

All of the 3 clothing items I ordered appeared to be different quality than the photos had indicated. The sizing was also all wrong. I requested a return number through the website 3 weeks ago and still have not heard anything back.

The clothes arrived promptly. The dresses are pretty, although not identical to the catalogue photos. The fabric is 100% polyester, not a cotton blend. This means no ironing is required. They are comfortable to wear.

Took a long time to receive dresses after I ordered.

I’ve sent several emails for refund and getting no response from them i went the Instagram, Facebook i do research about the customer support number finally i got the number which was i reach out to the company Always really helpful experience with customer service if ever need it which is quickly resolved. Last night I had issue with my return snd customer service was really helpful and sorted this immediately. Thankyou

I was a bit wary purchasing a medium. But so happy It fits and it looks great. And a 4 week delivery from the time of purchase to delivery to me is pretty good. Especially during this crazy covid time!!!

The material was thinner than I expected but made well.

These dresses look nothing like the photos. Pattern not as clear on one and pattern different in parts on the other. Massively disappointed. They say to email for returns and then they don’t answer. I had to ask them why it wasn’t shipped 10 days after purchase to begin with. Terrible communication and terrible cheaply made dresses. Not worth a quarter of the cost!

Everything arrived in good order, although correspondence is a bit slow.

Took a while to arrive but not bad considering we are in a pandemic! Items all a little larger than expected, but quite good quality for the price.

I absolutely loved the look of the Alysses clothing and decided to order a dress. That was the end of the good news. I ordered a black off the shoulder midi dress and paid what I thought was AUS dollars but was charged in US dollars. When the dress arrived, it was beyond enormous, clearly not what I had ordered, and the material was not as described. I contacted the company, which did not respond until finally after another email a week later they did offering me a $7 dollar refund and said I could keep the garment. These emails continued when I said 'no that was not satisfactory'. I have since been offered $11 then $17 and I have now been blocked. This company has demonstrated dishonourable business practices and I would not recommend them. I have been left with a US$50 dress that I cannot wear.

Dress that arrived was not as described. Terrible fabric, incorrect pattern and wrong sizing. I think the reviews on their site must be fake. In the very difficult process of trying to return now. Don’t even think about buying from here
