There were some bumps in the road. FedEx had some problems delivering my stool. We got that sorted out and I received my stool. And it is a beauty. Excellent structure, very good looking and exactly what I needed. The company hung in there and did what they needed to do to get the stool to me. Excellent service!!!

Items came in different faded colors with scratches and scuffs. Restocking fee and return shipping make the customer want to hold on to poor products. (The below reply has inaccurate information. I never spoke with anyone about being happy about a replacement. I actually never even received a replacement).

Trying to return an unopen new merchandise and was charged a 30% restocking fee. I have purchased from many medical suppliers before and was never charged a restocking fee with returns. Will try to sell it myself and will never buy from this supplier again
