Excellent service as always
Excellent service as always. The emails about available boxes of beer are not at all intrusive and always a well-timed welcome reminder to order a new box of their delicious beers. Super fast, well packaged delivery too. Thank you to Altgrain for providing such a great product for those of us can't have traditional grains. I think it tastes better than 'normal' beer I remember anyway!

AltGrain probably the only GF beer in the UK now
AltGrain are probably the only real naturally gluten free brewer in the UK currently. A rare and precious thing for coeliacs who can’t tolerate treated barley or wheat beers - and there are a lot like that. I’ve had two deliveries from AltGrain since just before Christmas and been really impressed by their speed of delivery. Great beers too!

Random Pale Ale is absolutely stunning
Random Pale Ale is absolutely stunning. It's the best gf beer I have ever tasted. Citrussy, hoppy, and delicious. If you are coeliac, hell, if you aren't coeliac but love good beer, run don't walk!

Delivered on time and well packaged. Wife had a barley intolerance and really likes this beer - probably won’t last long!! LOL.

It's beyond exciting to try this naturally gluten-free beer, which is hard to come by in the UK. My NHS Gastro doctor has warned me that gluten-removed beer is not safe for those with Coeliac Disease, so this is perfect! I tried all three flavours, and they were among the best gf beers I have had. I will be ordering more soon!

Could be cheaper
I love your beer but it could be a little cheaper and then I would order it more often. Also when ordering it would be good to know if the item was out of stock first as having to wait 3 weeks as the stock had run out was a little frustrating as I ordered with the intention of giving my 2 coeliac sisters a taster whilst they were visiting. The alternative grained beer is such a refreshing idea especially for coeliacs who can’t tolerate beer with gluten removed with enzymes after the brewing process has completed.

Hi Jo, thank you for your review and feedback. I'm not sure what happened with your order, but I believe Adam got in touch to explain at the time. It's very usual, so I don't expect it would happen again. Regarding price, we malt the grain and brew our beer inhouse, so it's a lot more hands-on than other beer in the market. We do our best to keep costs down. Hopefully, this hasn't dampened your enjoyment of the beer. Thank you for your custom and continued support of our little brewery.

Delicious gluten free beers
Prompt delivery. Good advice regarding initial storage. I’ve tried the Pale Ale and Random Ale, both are delicious. Such a joy to drink a properly gluten free beer!
