Appointment system is useless, the person either doesn’t turn up or keeps you waiting for ages. Update - prescription was finally sorted but delayed by a few days, needs a better process for ordering medication

After years of feeling like I'm sleep walking through life finally hope.
After years of feeling like I'm watching myself live a life that's ment to be mine I finally found someone who understood what I needed straight away and not only that she understood the female body and how it was in decline and what would make me feel 'real' again. Was nice to feel seen. Awaiting my first prescription today. Very hopeful

It was really easy I was worried about doing a video appointment but there was no need to be worried it was quick professional and the doctors I spoke to where friendly and understanding.i got my medication with in a few days of my last appointment . Good experience. Was a bit long winded to reschedule doctor appointment when I missed one and the phone lines didn't work but soon got sorted and the rest of the process was straightforward

I have been waiting weeks and weeks now…
I have been waiting weeks and weeks now from start of process it’s been a long time and even though I have had appointment with pharmacist and then weeks later a Dr and provided all of my medical history and prescribed medications weeks ago I am still waiting with no update. I ran out of my usual person I buy my CBD oil from and suffering really bad joint pain and poor sleep, I am so disappointed, especially as it was recommended
