Very very slow
Everyone person I have spoke to are lovely but the process is very slow. 3 weeks in now and still haven’t got an answer. I tried calling on Friday and was on hold for 40 mins. When I got through I asked the lady if my paperwork was sent of to be reviewed, I uploaded it on Wednesday and still by Friday it wasn’t sent off. I had to ask for it to be sent of. Hopefully by Wednesday next week I’ll no for sure. I will update the review if the situation changes but so far very very slow

I'm kinda getting fed up with the…
I'm kinda getting fed up with the bombardment of SMS,, emails and notifications pushing me to buy my prescription. I complained about it and they just said, it's all automated and they can't change it. I buy my prescription when I can afford it. Sometimes I split the order because of affordability, but then you get charged for delivery after the 1st one. I then also only buy on one day a month, because I have to sit there and wait to be paid. With the 28 days prescription, I have to order my prescription on a certain days after a pay day so I get it in time for the next pay day. All these notifications and emails SMS just seem to be pushing you to buy now buy now, you've got 3 weeks to buy until your prescription runs out. I know. Jesus. Spam spam spam spam. I'm about to cancel my membership because of this rubbish. It's called pushing drugs and pressure to buy. This can't be legal.
