I have applied for work visa, it is almost one year. Two months back they informed it will start processing on August. When I visited their office last week it is closed. I have borrow money from colleagues and close friends to submit my application.

They are scammers, I purchased 4200 dhs tickets package. I visited their Oud Metha office but unfortunately their office is not exist there. My all money gone 😭

Alert I paid AED 7,800 to Al Tawkeel Center for their services, but they have neither completed the promised work nor returned my money. I have tried contacting them several times, but I am not receiving a proper response or solution. This has been a very disappointing and stressful experience. I strongly advise others to be careful and get all commitments, timelines, and refund terms in writing before making any payment.

I have bad experience with this Al Tawkel because I started with Al Tawkel for work permit now 1 year no update then I request for refund that also still not yet it’s already 2 months now no one responding

In 2024, one of their marketing representatives named Wishali asked me for the UAE visa issuance along with a partial amount of 5,500 AED. After I paid the partial amount since then, they stopped replying to me, nor did they issue me a visa. I had visited their office many times; each time, they gave me another date to issue me the visa. They are totally doing malicious activities. Please be Aware of the Scammers. Thank you.

They are really scammers people in the Dubai I jave paid amount of 5270 aed for my friend visa they promised me to issue in 1 month and now it has been over 1 years and I asked them for refund from January 2026 and still making excuses and nobody give shit about my refund no calls and no reply of emails I highly recommend people's please stay away from al tawkel establishment they are very bad 😔 I am very disappointed by them and I don't know how to report local authority about them 😢

My experience with Al Tawkel Center has been nothing short of disappointing. I trusted them to handle my case professionally, but instead I was met with false promises, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability.

Despite repeated assurances, they have failed to honor their commitment to refund my money. Every attempt to get a clear answer has been met with delays, excuses, or silence. I even sent a formal email giving them an opportunity to resolve this matter, and up till this moment, they have not had the courtesy to respond.

This isn’t just about me anymore. Their refusal to pay my refund has placed unnecessary financial and emotional strain on my family. Money that rightfully belongs to me has been withheld, leaving my family to deal with the consequences of their actions while they continue to ignore their responsibility.

What disappoints me most is the lack of honesty and integrity. If they had been transparent from the beginning, I could have planned accordingly. Instead, I was repeatedly misled and left chasing answers.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Al Tawkel Center. If you value honesty, transparency, and accountability, I urge you to think carefully before trusting them with your money or your future.

I submitted my documents and 6k on 6th June and your unprofessional staff promised me that you will do in 20-25 days since it's 40 days now and because of you I am overstaying and getting fine every day. And your staff is not even giving a shit to see and respond to my message my money and original ID is with you. And no one knows where you are not communication and respond. One of worst people I met in Dubai.

Very bad experience. Unexpected. It's totally surprising how you can do this in Dubai sitting in the middle of the city. Posting adds only and taking money. No work is done as committed. Not even bothered to return deposits money. Now, saying office relocation will take 15-20 days. After that will share new location. How it can possible you take money from customer knowing your office going to relocate. After taking money not doing services as agreed saying now everyone left only customer care will respond WhatsApp as per their time. NO RESPONSE NO PROBLEM SOLVED NO DEPOSIT RETURN. NO ONE TAKING RESPONSIBILITY. TOTALLY CORRUPT PEOPLE.

I paid 4,500 AED, but nothing happened. They kept telling me, 'We will call you,' but no processing was done. I waited for five months without any progress. I visited their office several times to follow up, but I always received the same response: 'Please wait.' Until now, there has been no update or any actual process completed. Based on my experience, the service was very poor, and I am extremely disappointed. I advise others to be careful before dealing with this company.

My experience with this company has been terrible. I paid AED 13,650 for a Europe tour package, but the services that were promised were never delivered.

Whenever issues arose, I was passed from one employee to another, and the people who originally made the commitments were no longer available. Despite repeated follow-ups, my concerns remained unresolved.

I eventually filed a complaint with the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism. A settlement was agreed under which the company was supposed to refund the amount in four installments. They paid only the first installment and then failed to make the remaining payments as agreed.

Based on my personal experience, I strongly recommend that anyone considering dealing with this company proceed with extreme caution. Before making any payment, ensure that all promises, refund terms, and service commitments are documented in writing and independently verified. My experience has been financially damaging, stressful, and deeply disappointing. They are !!!!! BIG SCAM!!!!!

I worked with Al Tawkel Documents Clearing Services LLC and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience regarding my final settlement.

Despite completing my work, my pending salary and dues were not cleared even after multiple follow-ups. Communication from the HR team has been delayed and unclear, and no definite timeline has been provided for the payment.

I would advise anyone considering working with this company to clearly document all terms related to salary and incentives in writing before joining.

This company is full of false promises, they lack integrity and honesty. Once they take your money, you will suffer to get a refund and may never get it back. I mean how hard is it to refund people’s hard earned money after failing to deliver the service. To crown it all, customer service is zero! Very rude and unprofessional. Avoid them by all means.

I contacted this office seeking assistance for fine reduction for my two children, where the total fines amounted to AED 33,000. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
Initially, a staff member named Isra contacted me and confidently assured that the fines would be reduced to a maximum of AED 6,000, while their service charge would be AED 3,800. She also clearly stated that a refund would be provided if the work was not completed.
She arranged a meeting with the manager, Taranum, who repeated the same assurances. During the meeting, she even calculated the figures in front of us and stated there was a 99% chance of reduction based on our documents, including medical reports and court papers. I had clearly explained my medical condition and financial difficulties, and they repeatedly reassured me that everything would be handled smoothly.
We made the payment on 12th February. However, after receiving the payment, communication from their side almost completely stopped. Our calls and WhatsApp messages were ignored, and we had to continuously follow up and visit the office multiple times just to get updates.
On 18th February, when we requested a refund due to the lack of progress, Taranum claimed that the application had already been submitted on 15th February. However, the details she later shared showed that the application was actually submitted on 18th February at 9 PM, which clearly contradicts what we were told earlier.
Later, we discovered that the application had already been approved with only a 50% reduction, which is something we could have done ourselves without paying AED 3,800. Additionally, they had used their own contact details instead of ours, which meant we were not receiving any updates from Immigration. Despite this, they continued telling us there was no update.
When we confronted them after verifying the information directly with Immigration, their attitude became rude and dismissive, as if they had done us a favor. We were given no proper explanation regarding the service charges.
Overall, this office showed a lack of professionalism, transparency, and honesty. It appears that their priority is simply to collect fees, after which communication and responsibility significantly decline.
I strongly advise others to be cautious before using their services.
I also request serious action to be taken regarding the conduct of the staff members involved, particularly Taranum and Isra.

This is a very bad company we applied for fine deduction they took 1500 AED and after they took the money no one called us back they didn't take our calls and they took more than 20 days saying the application not yet processed until we called the government of dubai and they said this application is rejected because there is no any reasons mentioned on the application so they just took the money and did nothing and until now if we ask them about the application they will say under process they don't even follow up to know it's been rejected

There are totally fraud. They took your money after that they didn't contact with you and they just waste your time. After 1 month they call you and say we have received your original work permit kindly visit the office pay the next installment after getting the installment on the name of work permit they provide you fake papers and says that we will receive your original documents within few days. After that no response no call no messages no email reply

Once you arrive, you are taken into a room where they aggressively pitch various “attractive” immigration packages. Through pressure tactics and misleading promises, they push you into making an immediate payment.
After the payment, everything stops. No proper service is delivered, follow-ups are ignored, and their customer support is the worst I have ever dealt with. I formally requested a refund, and for the past five months they have been deliberately delaying, giving excuses, and playing around without any resolution. I am completely stuck dealing with an incompetent and unresponsive customer support team.
I strongly urge everyone to stay away from this company. Businesses operating in this manner should not be allowed to continue misleading people. I am going file a legal complaint against them and hope this review helps others avoid the same situation.
