Great information and speed. Laila is the person to help you with your umrah package. Good answers and found me what I was looking for. May Allah bless her Ameen. Definitely recommend.

I booked my umrah packge through alqudds travel and sister rimsha akram help me to choose right hotel gave me very good deal jazakallah khair rimsha akram

Me and my husband wanted to go for Umrah. We contacted Al Quddus. One of the staff member called us and noted all the requirements and brought a best deal within our budget and suitable as time wise. We went on Umrah and came back. It was the best ever experience in the life. Staff of Al Quddus was so professional and cooperative. We will definitely recommend to all

I spoke with Ali Raza and Mashaallah, he was very pleasant to speak with. He worked very hard to fit the packages to my needs. Additionally, I did not know much about umrah as I was trying to purchase for my mother’s 50th, and he was very accommodating, giving recommendations when needed and was very communicative. He set out the packages in a clear format, that was easy for me to understand Alhamdulillah.

Overall, I strongly recommended Ali Raza and Al Quddus.

Al Quddus travels Came highly recommended… I was struggling to find a package deal for Umrah during Ramadan this year. I spoke with a very kind lady, Rabeeya, who put me at ease by assuring me the best package deal catered to my requirements. Rabeeya provided an unbeatable package deal!! It was my first time contacting Al Quddus travels and I have to say, I am very impressed with their service! I can’t thank the staff at Al Quddus travels and in particular Rabeeya enough!! Thank you

Salamalaikum

I had been looking for an Umrah package online when I came across Al Quddus travel agency.

I enquired with them and recieved a message from Laila, who is very kind polite and professional

She offered me a few quotes and this quote suit our needs most especially when I requested an umrah tour guide to guide us through performing umrah.

Alhamdulilah we have now been able to complete our Umrah.

Laila took care of everything for us i was super nervous however everything ran smoothly and efficiently everything came through within 2 to 3 working days of Laila applying for our Visas organising flights and our hotel reservations.

When we were in Makkah our transport was taken care of and our hotels were really nice too namely Hafawah Suites in Madinah ( a little far from Al Haram) however very much worth it.

I will tell all my family and friends about Lailas custom and her agency as from time to time they were all available for me (not only during working hours but ourside of this too )

Alhamdulilah I had a great trip and will book with them again In Sha Allah

Iffat

Al Quddus Umrah services were fantastic! The organization was top-notch, with comfortable hotels in makkah and madinah that were conveniently located near the holy sites. The knowledgeable guides enhanced our experience, and transportation was always on time, making everything stress-free.
Highly recommend for anyone looking to perform Umrah!

Ali has been amazing, guided us throughout the entire booking process and has been very attentive throughout. Would recommend, thank you so much.

I found Al Quddus in online and submitted my details. I was connected by Rabeya. She did her best to find a suitable Umrah package for me and my family. As I was planning to travel multi city, she offered me an affordable and suitable packages. But unfortunately, I had to book my package with my in laws and they had booked with different agancy.
That did upset Rabeya.I disappointed her.Still she was very nice and kind with me.I really appreciate it.In sha allah, next time I will book with you.Once again ,Thanks to Rabeya. She was so nice and patience. She tried her best to fulfil my all demands.

Alhamdulillah, everything turned out perfectly as we had hoped. My family and I are truly pleased with the results. We found this agency to be reliable and trustworthy. A special thanks to Ali for guiding us in the best possible way. Jazakallah, brother.

I found this travel agency online and submitted my details to be contacted. I was contacted by Ramsha. She has done her very best to find me a suitable to package for December and April ummrah. Due to my working schedule it was hard to get certain dates off.
My family booked their tickets with another agency. I was then under pressure to get the holidays and go with them.
Ramsha and few other travel agencies were now actively finding me deals.
I must say Ramsha found some deals that were in my budget but unfortunately I ended up booking with the same agent my family booked with.
That did upset Ramsha and left her disappointed. But I appreciate her for her work. Thank you so much. In sha Allah next time I will book with you.

I recently booked my Umrah trip through Al Quddus Travel and Tour, traveling to Makkah on October 25th, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Our agent, Miss Laila, was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, guiding us through the entire process with great care.

We were traveling for Umrah and also needed to arrange a visit to our home country, Pakistan, during our stay. Miss Laila handled all the logistics flawlessly, ensuring that our itinerary was well-structured and accommodating.

One concern I often hear from fellow travelers is about how other agents tend to make promises that aren’t fulfilled. Many times, people commit to certain arrangements only to offer something less, which can make the trip unpleasant, especially when traveling with small kids. However, my experience with Al Quddus Travel and Tour was nothing like that.

We stayed in a beautiful 5-star hotel just a 2-minute walk from both the Kaaba in Makkah and the Prophet’s Mosque in Madinah. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily access the holy sites at any time. The hotel itself offered luxurious amenities and exceptional service, making our stay incredibly comfortable.

Throughout the trip, everything was organized to perfection. Our transportation was reliable, and the accommodations exceeded our expectations. Miss Laila was always available to answer our questions and provide support, which made the journey even more enjoyable.

I truly appreciated how Al Quddus Travel and Tour focused on every detail, ensuring a seamless experience. Their dedication to customer satisfaction was evident at every step of our journey.

I highly recommend Al Quddus Travel and Tour to anyone planning to perform Umrah. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and outstanding service make them stand out in the travel industry. Thank you, Miss Laila, and the entire team for making this spiritual journey unforgettable!

Excellent service, cooperative staff, range of services makes your Umrah a life time experience. We are completely satisfied and wish them all the progress and prosperity

I called last month to inquire about Umrah, and I was really impressed with the service I received. The staff were excellent—professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They provided me with all the information I needed in a clear and helpful manner. Their attention to detail and willingness to answer all my questions made the process so much easier. I left the call feeling confident and well-prepared. I will definitely be booking my Umrah with them and highly recommend their service!
