Quick reliable and good value for money

First off Chelsea at customer services was very good ,she made the effort, I very much like the product ,composite fencing, the delivery man ,Scot i think, was very ,very good , helpful ,polite and friendly, good ambassador for the company.

This company's products are well made and supported by a 15 year residential warranty. Chelsea i the office was very helpful with the ordering process. A total of 38 fencing panels were ordered (3 houses)and arrived on time and were neatly stacked in my garage.
Having checked all 304 individual planks , three were found to be slightly damaged. These were promptly replaced without any problem
Overall Alpha Decking are a good company to deal with and the product itself is of good quality and will no doubt stand the test of time.

Communications excellent, driver phoned to confirm he would be at my house in 30 minutes. He placed everything neatly and tidy in the garage, he explained what all the items were and the best way in order of putting it all together and installing. Good range of products, styles and colours. I have bought fencing from them and decided to go with the composite posts as they come in a longer length than the aluminium, good move, the posts are very sturdy and really easy to cut if required. The slats come in 20cm height which means fewer are needed for the fence. I'm so pleased with the fence , I have ordered some extra to complete a part that I wasn't going to do, but at this price it makes sense. Alpha decking are easily 30% cheaper than the company my neighbour used. I will be ordering my decking from them to install next spring. Pete the delivery driver kept me informed of his arrival time and helped me to stack the materials around the back of my house, even providing scrap pieces of material to put on the ground to avoid damaging the material, top man! Also, delivery times are far quicker than competitors.

Peter, the delivery driver, arrived at 0830 at our home in Southern Scotland after having driven from Essex. He messaged to say he would be arriving in half an hour and he did.
The load neatly filled the van and was offloaded by hand exactly where we needed it despite a tight manoeuvring area.

Alpha had a great choice of colors and fitting options.
Mine were to go into existing concrete posts and gravel boards.
The fit was perfect. Each panel had to be cut as posts are never true.
The instructions online were clear and easy to follow.
Delivery was good and the driver very helpful.

Ordered anthracite fencing kit for concrete posts. Process was simple via website. Given quick delivery date. Driver called on the day with e.t.a and was very helpful by taking items to rear of our property. Quality of fencing looks to be very good and was easy to fit. Only slight negative was delivery cost but otherwise pleased with purchase. Would be happy to recommend Alpha Decking to family and friends!
