This review is for alphabeauty.net (important to mention as there are several alphabeauty websites!).
My experience buying from this website has been absolutely great and I would highly recommend it if you want to buy Japanese/Asian cosmetics.
First of all, the prices are very good! In comparison, yesstyle sells many items at almost double price or even higher.
Second, the customer service is great, they will reply your messages within minutes (I contacted them via WhatsApp) and they will make sure you don't have to pay customs fees. They also pack the items really well so no damage will incur in transit.
Third, the items are sent very quick (next day) and they arrived within one week (regular post, from HK to UK). Last one I got in 5 days after placing the order! In comparison, I bought a couple of times from yesstyle and they took a few days to mark it as shipped and after that took 1-2 weeks just to get the tracking updated to say it was actually shipped! So overall 3 weeks+ to receive anything...

I received my items quickly and they were fine, not damaged or expired product. Ordering was just as easy and the only wait was because my items were a pre-order.

However, I did miss out on a lot of freebies the Taobao Shop my items came from gives with the order. Knowing others who ordered directly from the Taobao Shop and who used a Taobao Agent, and ordered within the same time frame as me, they received a lot of nice freebies/free gifts/samples that was sent by the Taobao Shop. My Alpha Beauty order did not come with the same freebies and it is unknown why. Either Alpha Beauty orders days to weeks later after you order, or they keep the freebies the Taobao Shop intended for the customer.

Either way I would order from them again, but only if they were the only option available. My advice would be to use Taobao (if you can) or pay a little more for a Taobao Agent.

They are now scamming through a bogus Shoppers Drug Mart Survey -- fill it in, receive a reward, pay only shipping, which I did. Then they charged my account $160 -- these samples they sent are worth about $20 -- they answer the phone but use all this "professional" language to bamboozle you, make you wait ten days for your "refund application" to be approved, and then tell you it has NOT been approved. Dirty cheats.
Added: I may not have the right company... looks like the one I'm referring to stole most of their name too.
They use ALPHA BEAUTY OMEGA but in my research they are also known as ALPHA EVOLUTION PRODUCTS

This store sells old expired stock and refuses to refund and tells many lies. Don't buy from here, they will cheat your money, it's a scam. Beware of the employee there named Terrence, I think he's the owner, he's manipulative, rude and a psychopathic liar!

Seller telling lies and selling old stock at regular prices and promising to send me fresh products but end up sending me expired products, lying about shelf life and production date of products. Don't bother dealing with this company, they won't refund your money and gives you lots of hassle. They also won't pay return shipping fees when it is their fault. Very sketchy seller and company, also very rude when you try to talk to them.
