My name is Maksym Brehin, and I am contacting you again regarding my order #73492, which I still have not received.
At this point, I am extremely disappointed with your service. Despite multiple attempts to get assistance, I have effectively been ignored, and no clear information has been provided about the status or location of my package. This is unacceptable, especially considering that the order has already been fully paid.
These volleyballs are not just a casual purchase — they are urgently needed for our team’s training. The delay is directly affecting our preparation, and I am now left without the equipment we rely on.
I must ask again:
Where exactly is my package?
Has any real investigation been conducted?
When can I expect delivery?
Given the situation, I am formally requesting either:
Immediate shipment of a replacement order, or
A full refund without further delay.
Please understand that continued lack of response or assistance will leave me no choice but to take further action. This includes:
Filing a detailed complaint on Trustpilot,
Sharing my experience publicly across social media,
Submitting a formal complaint to consumer protection authorities.
Under Illinois consumer protection laws, including the Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act, businesses are required to provide truthful information, fulfill orders within a reasonable time, and not engage in deceptive or unfair practices. Additionally, under Illinois Uniform Commercial Code, sellers are obligated to deliver purchased goods as agreed.
At this stage, I am simply asking for fair treatment, transparency, and a resolution. I believe this is not too much to expect as a paying customer.
Please respond as soon as possible with a clear solution. I would appreciate your immediate assistance in resolving this matter.
