NOT THE BEST EXPERIENCE
I went in at the end of the day for a consultation for my hands as I saw this company on google. First mistake. From the moment the PA entered the room, it was sell, sell, sell. They took a picture of my hands, she gave some schpeel about this and that...It sounded good, so I went for it. They drew my blood and I waited. The injection was not the most comfortable, but not horrible. It wasn't the full of what I was expecting, but, Ok...a week goes by, I am now swollen in my hands and it is lumpy and painful. I called and asked if I could be scheduled with an MD to have them take a look and was told that the MD's do not see patients and I could see a PA. I've already seen the PA and don't trust it at this point. So if you have an issue, please know that you will not be able to see an actual Dr. I appreciate the years the PA has gone to school (bro in law is one) however, you are not a Dr. I then asked if I could have a copy of everything I signed and was told yes. So I asked if it could be ready today and was told that it would now be 7-10 business days for me to pick up my forms that I signed because they have specific people to do that...yes, the FRONT DESK! I'm going to my primary care physician today. BEWARE
