Misleading policies and poor quality products

Got a chandelier delivered no where did it say it was a custom piece. Came with a million pieces to assemble. Said I’d like to return it and they tell me it’s custom and non-refundable. On website says free returns in 30 days. Quality is poor looks nothing like photo.

Do not buy from this company you will regret it.

I left my room in an immaculate condition and they haven't given me my deposit back after already 1 month and a half.
No one return my phone calls or replied to my emails.
And it's the same for my ex house mate.
After several email sent and no answer from Allo Housing, I decided to contact a solicitor and joined my claim with my ex house mate.
The solicitor declared that I will 100% win the case but that after carrying out a credit check on them they know that they won't pay: they learnt that Allo Housing has many claims already against them that haven't been processed!!!!
Allo Housing, which is also Spotahome (even if they say they aren't) scams people by not giving back any deposit, relying on the fact that the English legal system isn't strong enough to enforce a sentence from the tribunal. It's just insane!!
I will recommend to stay well away from Allo Housing, Spotahome or Tent Peak, same people just different names to confuse you.
I'm really upset and so disgusted by the lack of ethic and morality of some people.
If anyone knows another way to get my money back, please I'm open to suggestions. Thank you.

I have stayed in two of their rooms in two different London areas, for 4 months in total. Barely acceptable cleanliness in both of them, even though they charge for cleaning services. They still owe me my deposit refund (6 months later) for my first room. For the other one, the place was advertised as a "1-room apartment", while it was 1 room IN an apartment, with 6 other flatmates. They won't reply to your e-mails, not even to explain themselves or apologise.
