Dearest Manny, since following you on your journey for many years I knew you were the right person to support my daughter with her colitis. I was looking for the right time so she could focus, after her exams, and with some convincing she agreed. It was the best decision for us all and she fully admits to that! She was in a constant flare with numerous medications none making any difference, feeling sick all the time and unable to live life 'normally'.
She fully committed to your advice, surprisingly, and now that we've had doctor's results, we can say with evidence her numbers are the best they've ever been. As a family, we cannot thank you enough, I pray for yours and her wellbeing and anyone else who suffers with IBD. It's a terrible hidden disease, but I cannot recommend your support enough, it's made a world of difference to her. Thank you, Gurinder.

Wow! What an experience this has been with Manny. I started my journey around the end of January of this year (2023) when I stumbled upon Manny’s transformation video of Youtube. I got in touch and from the first call we had, I felt a connection with Manny and realised that this is the path that I want to take and was full of hope. I had been struggling with Colitis for over 2 years before this. I was dependent on corticosteroids which I had just managed to get off of around 2 months before meeting Manny, however I was practically in a constant flare and really struggling mentally and physically which made it so difficult to have a “normal” life and also be able to do my job. I had seen the reviews on here and my expectations were very high. One thing Manny made me realise is that this isn’t a “one size fits all” and although there were some standard “protocols” such as herbal teas, meditation and cold showers for example, whixh we took. There was a lot more to this journey. There were some downs along with the many ups I had in this journey and Manny made me realise that it may be a dip but we are still on an upward trajectory. I even went through times when I had doubts if this will work when we were a few months in to this program as although I had seen improvements, I wasn’t where I wanted to be, and I kept comparing myself to these other reviews and asking why is it taking me and my body longer to heal? I just had my last call with Manny last week after 9 solid months and all I can say is whoever is thinking of taking this journey; STICK TO IT! I can’t thank Manny enough for his help. You can tell he doesn’t do this for the money. He genuinely wants to help. He goes above and beyond to help and he has always been there for me. I have been lucky to have had an amazing support system around me, however only someone like Manny who has been through the pain and difficulty you are going through and also come out the other side can really understand you. I have a whole new outlook in life because of this journey. I started off wanting to “go back to what I used to be - normal” but I now realise and am so happy that I am so much more than what I used to be. I am a new version of myself with a completely new outlook in life and a new lifestyle which I want to keep building upon. I felt so comfortable with Manny, and gained a genuine friend. I am at a stage where I don’t feel like my health is holding me back from doing what I want to do. I am able to go out with my friends and eat foods that I thought I had lost forever (in moderation ofcourse!), I am able to build relationships and friendships which had gone stale due to my health, I am able to travel freely again. It’s deeper than just the physical aspects, and I was able to open up about things to Manny which I had probably never spoken to anyone about. I am healthier and happier. I strongly recommend All My Friends Are Eggs (Manny) to anyone who is struggling with Chrons or Colitis because this will change your life. I can’t thank God enough for putting Manny in my path. And I can’t thank Manny enough for helping me and guiding me on this journey. I never thought I would be where I am now and it’s all because of him. He never made me feel like I was bothering him by messaging too much, and he never gave up on me. Which is why I never gave up on this journey. Going on this journey changed my life for the better, in so many ways. I took on board many tips and changes to my lifestyle; including sleep patterns, cold showers and herbal teas as well as cutting out a lot of rubbish. Initially I had no expectation that they were going to make much of a difference as I was a few months into a flare-up at that point but just after 2 weeks my energy levels were like nothing I had experienced before.
Aside from the practical tips, Manny talked to me a lot about the mental side of things and helped me overcome the challenges I experienced in the past and helped me focus on the present as well as reducing any stress I had about the future.
I am so grateful for this journey, I no longer have to worry about medication and the endless doctor appointments.

My son has been suffering from Ulcerative colitis since he was diagnosed in 2016. Tried so many natural remedies from Ayurvedic to Homeopathy as i always believed there is a natural cure or way of life in controlling the symptoms. But nothing worked. My son suffered from flare up through out the year, i always knew the time ilhe would have the flare ups. In the summer of 2022, I was experiencing a mild to severe UC flare and was on steroids but there were almost no improvements. This affected my mental wellbeing, my social life, and my studies. After researching on several health coaches online and contacting them, I decided to go with Manny because I was impressed by his story and agreed with his methods.

The first thing Manny made me realize was the importance of Mindset in Healing. He also helped me with the diet and some other lifestyle adaptation such as cold showers, exercise, and meditation. About a fortnight after the first session, I started noticing significant changes.

Battling with the side effects of the steroids wasn't easy but with Manny's support I managed to brace through it and eventually tapered it to zero. I also managed to ace all my examinations during the summer term and was fit to travel with my family. It was easy to work with Manny as we could vibe on many things. Eventually we started discussing on other topics such as the law of attraction and the subconscious mind.

I am truly grateful for Manny’s guidance and would further recommend him to anyone who wants to seek help in improving their health and wellbeing.

Manny coached my 8-year-old son for 3months who was diagnosed with Crohn's two years ago.

Arjan started coaching with Manny when he had just come off steroids and had his first ever serious flare which lasted a month. Any parents nightmare.

I was spending ample amounts of time researching how to bring him into remission but would get drowned in google/youtube. Desperately avoiding any future drugs as they come with all their side effects. This is when I came across Manny.

I've bin suffering with ibd for many years. I was in the middle of a flare up when I first seen Mannys story. The first thing that stuck out for me was his strong mentally and ability to gain weight with ibd which is hard to do when the body is not absorbing the nutrients. Each week would catchup, discuss diet and lifestyle factors. Within a matter of weeks my bleeding stop from there on my body started to fill out and started to gain healthy weight and it's the best I've ever felt thank you so much your a god send.”

I started my AMFAE journey back in September. I had given birth to my second daughter in April and my colitis has flared very severely. I was feeling very exhausted, low and anxious to leave the house. My medication was intravenous infusion every eight weeks at the hospital. This was a biological medication. Although, I hadn’t been able to have since my final trimester of pregnancy. I was on a course of steroids when I spoke to Manny.

Right from the offset Manny was very personable. As he’d been through it himself he completely understood every struggle, complication and the mental pressure of having an autoimmune disease. Our first session was what felt like a therapy session. I released all my stresses, worries and anxieties and he reassured me this plan would improve my symptoms.

I started and threw myself in to it. Followed the schedule and we even managed to change it to fit my lifestyle better. With a baby and toddler it was challenging but I stuck to it. I began to feel an improvement in my general health with two weeks. Our weekly catch ups and being able to contact Manny at any point was very helpful. He helped me with recipes and when going for meals, what to eat etc.

After eight weeks in to the plan, I had a colonoscopy at the hospital. My previous one four years ago showed lots of ulcers and some poulips which could lead to being cancerous. Understandably, I was very nervous about it. To my amazement my consultant told me there was no active disease there! There were no ulcers and the poulips had reduced and could be reduced through diet/ stress reduction. I was astonished! With the combination of the plan and reducing my stress we’re both the best combination. I am now in remission and on no medication at all.

I feel like I have been given another chance at life for myself, my girls and my family. I cannot even put in to words how thankful I am I came across AMFAE page and signed up to the 12 week plan. It has dramatically changed my life and I am now healthy, happy and feel in control of my life again. Not battling daily with the symptoms and flares.

My honest review of Manny’s Coaching:

I feel very fortunate to have came across Manny’s page on Instagram and that I took the step in reaching out to him in hope to find help. When I first started my journey with Manny I was in such a horrible flare up of UC (Ulcerative Colitis). I was on the highest dose of Prednisone I’ve ever been on (50mg) and was struggling to not be dependent on it. Manny helped me with all of the lifestyle changes needed in order to find healing, such as: the right diet, proper sleep patterns and getting enough sleep, stress reduction, exercise, and the right medicine (both natural and pharmaceutical for myself). I loved the herbs that he suggested to take, especially the turmeric. He helped me remember that your body can heal itself naturally and that sometimes you do need some extra help by pharma meds at times but that you don’t need to be dependent on them for life, there are natural things that can help!

One thing I love that he taught me was to cut out most processed foods. I have been cooking more of my food and eating less processed things and I definitely notice a positive change. He also helped me to not be so overwhelmed by taking one thing at a time (focusing on diet first, then stress reduction, then sleep, then exercise over the course of about 3-4 months). I also loved that he was okay with me tweaking his diet plan as I saw fit for my own body. He also let me talk every session to really understand what I was all dealing with every week. I think he definitely helped me on my healing journey. I’m still not there 💯 but definitely closer than where I was only a couple of months ago! Thank you so much for your help, Manny! ☺️

I can’t thank Manny enough for all his guidance throughout my journey of healing for the past 3 months. Manny has been there every step of the way since my bowel surgery and every ups and downs I've been through, Manny never let me out of his sight.
