Booked van in to be recovered this morning. Ended up waiting nearly an hour so called as I had no one call me to be told that it was going to be another hour
Poor communication would not recommend these to anyone.
Hence cancelled collection

Answered the call, firstly! I was stuck on a busy roundabout with lorries, i waited around an hour for him to turn up but was in Kingsnorth Grain so only 1 route to get to me. I didn’t have any card on me for payment. He was very nice and understanding. Didn’t take deposit (due to not having card) but trusted me and came straight out anyway. Lovely bloke, very down to earth and friendly. Would definitely recommend and use again if the situation arises. Thank you AllKentRecovery!
