I had very low hopes for this provider after paying so little for the test. However pleasantly surprised that the result came back the next evening! Go ahead and book with them!

A very simple and easy process to book my test kits and I was able to receive my tests kits on time.

Big thank you to the team at Allhealthcare. Following overnight rule changes that meant we had to get fit to fly tests at short notice, Allhealthcare were incredibly accommodating, they remained open after hours so I could get my family there to have tests done in time for the morning post. They also worked after hours the next day so they could get the results to me and so give me time to print and upload my certificates. Had they not done all of this we would have not been able to board our flight. Allhealthcare understood this and went well above and beyond for us. I also found them to be very professional and they kept me updated with progress throughout. I highly recommend them.

Purchased a PCR test kit, didn't receive a pin number which is required to register the kit. Telephone line opens at 9am, I phoned at 9.01 and was sixth in the que, after 2 hours I still hadn't managed to speak to someone

Nothing wrong with the attitude of the staff - Tom was very friendly and helpful. But your place is very difficult to find! You need a big sign outside saying COVID TEST CENTRE. It was lucky I came with 45 minutes to spare. First I went up the wrong arm of Elm Street. When eventually I found Northbridge House, it took quite some time to find your front entrance and the bell was tucked away in a top corner.
