UPDATE: You cannot activate Office 2010 with Office 2016 activation key, in order for you to use your activation key you need to install the right version of Office, follow the download instructions included on your order email.

If you actually opened that link, the first image you will see is the same screenshot of the problem you sent us, the phone activation process shouldn't take you longer than 5 minutes and it's a very simple process, tens of customers follow the same instructions everyday without any issue!

Was able to finally activate after multiple tries
At first, this did not work. The activation key returned an error that something went wrong and to use the phone activation process. When I called the activation line I also got the error that activation could not be completed. Alas, I tried it again 3 days later and the activation key was accepted.

Problem fixed
Initially Key did not work, said it was not able to be activated. Was contact by All Good Keys who did fix the problem and provided me with a new key which now works. Quick response and fix
