Your response time to address an issue was awesome

So about an hour after I accidentally subscribed I contact customer service to cancel. They did get back to me right away but then offered me a 20% refund if I would keep the product. She told me to think about it. I did and got back to her and told her to continue to cancel and just send me my money back. She told me she would wait to hear back from me and give me 3 days. I message her the next day. Then I never heard back from her for the next 5 days. Over which time I contacted her three more times. Then I got another customer service person contact me and offer the same thing. And I told him I didn't want it I just wanted to be refunded. It never happened. And then one more person contact me and said they never got any emails from me. Which looking at my emails I can see seven emails from me to them telling them to please refund me and cancel. They never did. And I am not impressed at all. I do not recommend dealing with this company at all.

The quality of the product is excellent. The shipping is a different situation. I ordered mine on September 5. I still haven’t received it so we’ll see today is September 18, 2026.

They listened to me. And did what I asked.

After 1star review i again contact them and they make full refund and i can ceep product because its on its way. Just o e last qwestion to ALLFEMM to make it all posible do we realy needed one star review. Thank you for your understanding. I hope you product is what people talk about.

By acident i order and they charge me whit subriction that i didnt agree. They add monthly 45$ subscripsion evrytime you order even if its first time. Second think they start proces for shiping at the same time when i contact suport and ask to cancel and refund. They saying that they cant do anything but just ant 8pm acept the shiping when i ask 12am about it. They advertise that is from usa but the shiping is from china. Its one big scam.

ALLFEAMS a supposed company on Facebook trying to sell special deals buy 3 at 19.99 and get 2 free for a total of 5 bottles of female products (gummies) charged me for all 5 containers of the gummies. BAD COMPANY! Would not cancel order after my bank declined the purchases!
