I initially purchase the introductory order without the subscription due to not knowing whether it would help me with my odor issue. After using the five bottles and then not having any for approximately a month I began to realize that it did really work. I also believe that it helped with my incontinence problem I had first thing of an early morning. Thank you for this product.

I was heard and received what I was asking for

I reached out to custimer service about an item in my confirmed order that I had not ordered. Jane responded to my concern quickly apologizing and offered me an additional discount if I wanted to keep the item. She left the decision to me to proceed canceling that item or to accept the additional discount. Being skeptical about ordering something online after previous experiences, I never felt pressured. I'm excited about receiving my new products.

I purchased this product for my wife. Yes I purchased like 4 to get the better deal. I saw the subscription, I just canceled my card after purchase went through. No subscription, ha ha to you. I wanted to see if product worked, nope. You poor women who are seeking help, didn't find it here. I purchased straight from your website. You scam woman, we even doubled up the product to see if that would work, nope. Don't waist your money. I hope alot of woman read this so your company losses money and quit scamming woman. I detest people who scam woman

I was a bit scared because it was thru facebook and with all the fake store you never know. I made a few check before ordering but what i didn’t like is the check out process. You never see the bill or the amount. You need to work on that issue, but the rest i got a reply pretty fast

This company is putting an unauthorised charge of 93.99 USD on my credit card since 5 months now. I never bought anything, received anything or agreed to anything. It is unclear where they got my payment details.
Requests for refund to customer service remain unanswered, to the point that my only resolve was to block the credit card.
I have now filed an official complaint with paypal as well as my credit card company for fraudulous transactions.
Do avoid any interaction with this company online at all cost!

Note after their reply:
this clearly confirms they are scamming! They never ever replied, but mostly, I DO NOT HOLD AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM. I NEVER ORDERED ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Second Note:
After editing my review, I received an email ASKING ME TO VALIDATE MY ACCOUNT ??? So after scamming me for 5 months, and me filing an official complaint, they "created" an account for me which they ask me to validate today?
No mention whatsover to reimburse, or check, or whatever! This is high level fraud!

Super fast postage and delivery, just started taking my gummies so will wait for results

Very happy with the product, I had to go off it for a bit to realise that it was helping but I’m back on it now and need to use a credit to buy more. I don’t like the automatic reorder and deduction from my bank account so I hope I can prefer without that function in the future

I was heard and acknowledged with respect and understanding. I purchased accidently and explained my error and situation and was told I could get a refund, I was not judged.

Was very cynical when I ordered this product. However in 2 weeks I went from pretty dry to experiencing exactly what they said it would do. Am very pleased

Avoid this company. I bought one product through a Facebook advert and never knowingly agreed to a membership or recurring subscription.
When I discovered an unexpected charge, I contacted customer service. Their replies were very slow, which made an already stressful situation even worse. On 10 September, they confirmed that the membership had been cancelled and promised a refund. Shockingly, another payment was taken from my bank account on the very same day.
I find this completely unacceptable and deeply misleading. A subscription should never be added without clear, informed consent.
Please be extremely careful.

I like others also had the issue with a ‘membership’ I never asked for and $100+ taken from my account that was NOT authorised. I emailed immediately weeks ago to cancel the subscription which she said she did.. then more money came out of my account and that’s when they mentioned this membership and that they do not refund only a store credit?? I was told it was cancelled weeks ago yet only tonight did I get the subscription cancelled email.. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK THIEVES!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
