Sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung mit diesem Unternehmen.
Ich habe um eine Rücksendung für einen Artikel gebeten, der sich noch vollständig originalverpackt und ungeöffnet in einwandfreiem Zustand befindet. Dennoch wurde die Rücknahme strikt abgelehnt, mit Verweis auf die angeblich abgelaufene Frist, ohne jegliche Bereitschaft, den Fall individuell zu prüfen.
Besonders negativ ist der Umgang im Kundenservice aufgefallen. Anstatt eine kundenorientierte Lösung oder zumindest Kulanz anzubieten, wurde die Kommunikation kurz und wenig hilfreich beendet.
Ich hätte hier deutlich mehr Entgegenkommen und Professionalität erwartet, gerade bei einem unbenutzten Artikel.
Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung kann ich den Händler leider nicht empfehlen.

I requested a return for an item that is still completely unopened and in its original packaging. Despite this, the company refused the return, strictly referring to their stated return deadline without showing any flexibility or willingness to consider the situation.
What is particularly frustrating is the complete lack of customer-oriented thinking. Instead of trying to find a reasonable or goodwill-based solution, the response was dismissive and the discussion was simply closed.
Customer service in this case felt unhelpful and rigid. I would have expected a more professional and accommodating approach, especially for an unused product in perfect condition.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this seller.

Thank you for updating your review and providing the relevant order number. I cannot see any email correspondence at the email address we have in our records, so I assume you contacted us by phone.
You received your order on 5 March, which gave you until 19 March to decide whether you wished to keep the items or not. After this period (14 days), the right to return the goods does indeed expire. This period gives the customer sufficient time to decide whether they wish to keep the item received. In order to maintain our service and prices, we do not make any exceptions to the return period.
We recommend that you have your outboard motor serviced or save these service parts for the next service.
I therefore believe that your dissatisfaction with our customer service is mainly due to the fact that you would have preferred a longer returns period. We are, in fact, very proud of the many positive comments and experiences our customer service has received in this digital age.
