I ordered from this company and when the packaged arrived, my order was completely wrong. I called up to explain the issue and complain and spoke to one of the owners (Shirley, I think she was called). She was absolutely amazing! She worked to sort my issue out straight away, arranged a replacement and even refunded me a little extra to apologise for the error! I do completely understand the mix up due to the time of year, but I’m very grateful for the work she put in to sort my order out! Just got to wait for my replacements to arrive but I’m a happy customer at the minute! If all is well, I will definitely be returning! 😁

Fantastic service from start to end. Albert was very helpful with pricing and options for printing our logo onto the envelopes. Delivery was next day when order was placed and paid. Would definitely use again and highly recommend

Good service. However not very pleased that I had to pay £3.00 delivery for 5 samples and I only got 4. I think this is unfair as the postage cost was very high for only 4 small things. Also most of the bubble mailers had bubbles that were popped and most of the sticky tape cover had been ripped off so they stuck together. The rest of the samples were nice however not sure what to think about this company after that.

Excellent quality! Really happy with it. I bought them for clothing package and i am adding a white stamp with my logo on it. This is the best and simplest option I found environment friendly for my packages.

Placed an order bang on cut off time so rang to see if my order would make the next day delivery slot. I was told it would and indeed it arrived early next day. Great quality and price with great customer service too! Will definitely use again and recommend anyone to try.

I found the company via internet search. They not only had the perfect size of envelopes for my needs (very few others did) but their prices, including shipping, came out around 50% cheaper than most other options. My order arrived quickly, well-packed and I hope to use them again and would recommend others to do so too!
