I made an agreement to have my car picked up on Friday from 7am-11am. No call and a no show from the company. i made 3 phone calls to them. they said we will have someone out there. i waited till 3 before rescheduling. they set me up once again for today (Tuesday) once again no call and a no show. Once again I called them to ask why. They say they are busy I totally understand. But come on, iv missed 2 days of work because they couldn't take the time to call and let me know. They arnt going to pay for the days iv missed. There is no way id suggest useing this place. common curtesy to contact a customer goes a long way. Instead of me leaving a bad review on here, yelp and google.

On Nov 25 Allcars made me an offer of $69,475 for my car. On Dec 5 the appraiser inspected the car and no issues. On Dec 6 the Allcars rep called me and confirmed that the vehicle was in great condition. However “the market had changed” for my vehicle and they could only offer $63,000. Really? The market on the car dropped $6,475 in 11 days? I could believe some drop but almost a 10% drop, hard to believe.
They shouldn’t make offers they can’t keep on cars that pass appraiser inspection.
They took up my time and other opportunities and didn’t live up to their end.
Untrustworthy.

The process was smooth, easy, seamless. I worked with Vinny throughout and he kept me posted and explained each step of the process. My check arrived when he said it would in the amount we agreed upon. Would recommend selling your car to the them.

Received an offer from allcars.com. The first inspector never showed up or called to say they were not showing up. When inspector did show up they told my wife and I the car was in excellent condition. When I received the feedback from allcars.com they reduced offer by 2000.00 due to inspection report. Jim and pete were horrible to deal with. While there customer service team was polite, their communication and lack of timely responses were poor.

They tried to low ball me on my car and lied about the inspection they did. The person who conducted the inspection told me the engine sounded like new, then allcar tried telling me the engine was making weird noises according to the inspector. Carmax was more trustworthy and fair.

They made an online offer to purchase my car and then ghosted me for three days after I left messages and emails. I finally got someone to answer the phone and they reneged on the offer and left me hanging with two other competing companies. They told me my car had too many miles, but they knew the mileage when they made me an offer.

Very poor customer service. They are in it to get money for them. I contacted them about selling my car. They set up an appointment. And never showed up. Never answered emails, texts. Did live chat and got nowhere with a very rude person. Vinny was pretty much a liar. They did the car inspection after the second time missing it they just showed up …..’buyer. Beware they take your car and do all kinds of strange things to it. You don’t know what they’re doing to it and they don’t let you see the report afterwards they just come back and say nope sorry what we offered is more than what we should have offered.. I said that my car is a brand new 2022 dodge charger GT in mint condition With only 2000 miles on it. and everybody else offered 32,000 for it but they wouldn’t go up to 32. They offered 31,175 They just sit and tell you the cars not worth it. But yet you can’t see the report nor ask what even was wrong with it they say it’s confidential. I talked to two other people that sold their car and when their car finally sold, they sold it for $6000 more than they offered . The whole thing is a scam. They told me that all car paid them with a personal check. Which took up to two weeks to clear. In the meantime, they have your car your title and everything that’s something I would not trust.

I was hesitant to sell a car online but I did my research and tried 3 places. The big name site that rhymes with Nirvana low balled me - Cellina Marcera and All Cars were fair from the start. Cellina was my rep and she was first class. Always available. No question to silly - always in communication. This experience was amazing. They do there inspections effectively and efficiently. I already have a friend reaching out to them!! This is how business should be nowadays. All Cars and Ms Marcera are a throwback to the old trustworthy loyal days of doing deals on a handshake. I will certainly use again in the future. Hopefully Cellina will still be there or she may be President of the Company by then!!! Job well done!!

Cellina is an angel! She was very kind & professional. She was able to get me a little more than the first offer. She & I would text keeping each other updated. The whole process is very quick & easy.

AllCars.com purchased my car at a fair price. Cellina Marcera handled everything superbly from start to finish. Give that girl a raise!!!

Allcars gave me an amazing offer over the phone prior to the vehicle inspection. The inspection occurred a couple of days later, and the assessor provided no feedback to me at that time. When I finally received his report, he claimed that my vehicle had an oil leak (not true) and a check engine light on (also not true). The final offer was thousands of dollars less than the initial offer. You would think that he would have discussed those "major" issues with me during his inspection, but he didn't since there were no major issues. These deceptive practices need to stop.

I was trying to sell a vehicle and receive an offer. I was paired with a concierge James and had a question. He did not respond back to me. I then reached out to the website chat and was told by Karen (?) they had closed and they would call me the next day which they did not do. I emailed a complaint to the company and Steve assured me he would make things right and scheduled a call for the next morning at 9. It is now 3 days later and no call.

Jim made the selling process quite easy. Excellent offers on our cars and quick responses to any questions we had about the process.

Jim was so easy to work with and hopefully gave me the best price on a vehicle that I needed to sell. Very fast and accurate on getting the issue resolved. Thanks Jim

My stepdad passed away in January of this year and we were torn about what to do with his beloved truck. I shopped around a bit and finally decided to sell it to Allcars. Jim was very kind and knowledgeable. The check arrived the day after we sent the forms in, the whole process took less than a week and my mom had some money to put in the bank. I think my stepdad would be pleased with that. Overall great experience, I highly recommend them. Special thanks to Jim!

Easy to work with. Jim is a great guy. Process took about 2 weeks. We had some hiccups with my bank placing a hold on the check. My only recommendation is to offer clients a wire transfer option, certified check, or an online funding option which Jim did mention they were working on. My bank placing the hold was not AllCars fault, but did delay the process a bit unnecessarily.

Their process was flawless and the guys were very friendly. I would definitely recommend these guys to sell your vehicle.
