I was using a voucher issued due to Covid. I worried that the process might be difficult but your site was really easy to use, and the assistant I spoke to could not have been more helpful. Thank you.

Easy and straightforward booking. Lost a star as no options for monthly payments, or online payments other than their suggested amounts. There are bank details given but I'd rather use the website forms to ensure going to the right place

Good value but terrible customer service. They've not confirmed our booking. I contacted them a while ago. In the end contacted the site separately and they got back to me to confirm. This could have affected our entire route.

Efficient and effective

Very easy booking process and good feedback and updates

Turned out our booking didn’t exist despite receiving a confirmation. Got a full refund but a whole lot of hassle with only 2 weeks until the arrival date. Very frustrating.

The booking itself was easy via Allcamps' website. However, there was no information available as to:
a/ whether I can park my car next to the allocated pitch;
b/ whether I can put up a gazebo for shelter next to my tent;
b/ what pitch has been allocated to my booking;
c/ campsite map.
Although I sent an email asking the above questions, I did not get the answers I was looking for. The response was "often cars and gazebos are allowed", but "often" does not give me a 100% guarantee that I will park my car next to my tent and I can put up my gazebo on the pitch. I was advised that all this information will be provided to me upon arrival at the campsite. This is not good enough when preparing for out trip.

We made an error on our booking and they rectified it immediately

I made an error on my booking, which was picked up by Allcamps. They called me immediately and as my booking couldn’t proceed, they offered to assist me in finding alternative accommodation or a full refund. The lady I spoke with (Hepzaba I think?) was extremely sympathetic and helpful despite the error being my fault. I will book with them next year again.

Very excited to visit, the family are very much looking forward to coming. The customer service has been outstanding up until this point. They answer and accommodate.
