Too small for my son. No telephone number to call . I have sent massage lot of time no body have replied back am not happy with their savice.
What is the way forward I want my son hoodie to be changed to a bigger size please.

Everything was wonderful! The sweatshirt is of great quality, the service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive.
There was a misunderstanding on my side because I forgot to specify whether we wanted text on the front of the hoodie. The staff contacted me to clarify exactly what I wanted and what text should be added. They showed great attention to detail and genuine care, for which I am very grateful.

The Leavers Hoodies for your school were due for delivery by Friday 17th October as agreed with your school contact. This date should have been provided to you by your school and does feature on the webpage at point of ordering.
The hoodies were in fact delivered earlier than this on Wednesday 15th and are in school. Again, your school should have informed you of this and I’m sure will provide you with your hoodie very soon.
If you had contacted us about this, we also could have provided this explanation to you.
